  • Signing me out about every 24hours

JangoSLR if you log in on a new device, the oldest session will be logged out if more than three devices are logged into your account at the same time.

I think I have logged in 4 times during last week. I am only using Quest 3 and laptop. Logically that counts as 2 devises. Why am I logged out?

What if there is two SLR tabs open in my computer, does it count as 1 or 2? What if DeoVR crashes every 20 minutes and I have to start it again and my IP address has changed during that process? Does it count as 1 or 2 devices?

What a pity there has been too much "bugs" lately.

      Thank you so much for taking a look into this! I sent an email to support@slrmembership.com as you requested.

      If it helps, I also noticed an intermittent SLR Interactive login failure in MFP coinciding with this same time-frame (with the error stating the login server returned a null response). Not sure if it's related to the logouts.

        Picouser I don't think you need to start counting browser tabs. Yesterday, I was again logged out in the middle of it without logging in on any other devices, so it seems, at least right now, the sign-out will happen after a certain period of time no matter what.

            SchnuppiLilac I can verify this. Today 1,5 hours ago I was again logged out in the middle of session. Yesterday this happened almost the same time. It is like Cylon attack every 33 min in Battlestar Galactica 🙂 It just keeps happening and everybody have to live with it.

              well for me not only does it disconnect very often, but when I type my code, it no longer recognizes it; I had to close the windows on Firefox for the code to work!

              And yes, banner appears even I'm logged in. 🙂

                  Problem still here. Still having to Sign in daily.

                    I think this happens because people log in via PC/mobile on incognito browsers. Which makes sense, incognito was basically made for this stuff. I now have to sign into Deo every time. I haven't gotten logged out from a current session though.

                    Could we have DeoVR remember login details? Its a pretty basic feature which wasn't needed with the 'keep signed in', but yeah, that no longer keeps you signed in so.. Add a checkmark for it and voilà problem fixed

                      adinihsan just to make sure, as you said you were not logged out from the last session, does this problem still persist? How ofter are you logged out?

                          Kieshi Every day, I said I wasn't logged out of a currently running session like @SchnuppiLilac

                          I'm pretty sure its because incognito logins count towards the 3x devices each time seperately.
                          If DeoVR could save the login details its not an issue.

                              Kieshi Quest 2. Whatever the latest is. Still logs out daily. Yes, I’m logging in on my phone too. This is a new issue from the past few weeks.

                                adinihsan so your setup is Quest 2, DeoVR app 14.1.2305 and you are using incognito mode when entering SLR on the web, correct?

                                @diwanga are you also using incognito mode on the web?
