RealcumberScripts I've followed the steps with the onyx+ connected to just the Quest 2, didn't work. I tried that again, while also connecting the Quest 2 to my iPhone with the haptics app open which also didn't work. the best I got was the light next to the interactive toy icon on the bottom left to flash green momentarily before shifting yellow to orange to red.

"just to be sure I understand: I should not have the onyx+ connected to the haptics connect app on my iPhone at all?"
If you are only using Option 2 (not option 3) then yes, do not have your Onyx+ paired anywhere outside of the Haptics Connect app, and compeltely forget/unpair it if you did
Then follow the steps again for Option 2
You are likely experiencing a bug with Haptics connect app though, hopefully devs will push an update this coming week to resolve many possible issues like yours
I have my lovense gush connected to the Haptic app. But it says player not found in connected network. Using DEOVR on Quest 2. However the SLR app can find the player on my quest but obviously not my gush toy.
Both devices are on the same network with mobile data turned off
MrAdamOne - bug update fix hopefully released soon should resolve that issue @MrAdamOne
Does anyone have a reputable source from which to buy the Vorze products in the USA? I don't see a purchase option on the Vorze website.
mebejoe - toydemon is a reputable site @mebejoe

Hey guys, we have prepared an update for Haptics Connect which should be going live after this weekend.
The update should take care of the connectivity issues and also includes some additional features.
Hello, with the update, problem to connect to Happtics connect like MrAdamOne said is always there : same network, DEOVR is update too, Happtics connect see the toy but always "player not found in connected network"

Hi @Sebby4506 - Are you sure that you've enabled this option in DeoVR?:
sure, I followed everything, every steps writed here
Sebby4506 Try turning off your router and connecting everything only through your mobile network data hotspot to see if its an issue with wifi router
Make sure you Uninstall the old SLR Interactive app if you have it still on any devices
raser1 it's the 1.4, android is 8.00, the option in DeoVr is enable like the screenschot and it's the last version, everything is on the same network, I folllowed the topic in this page for this problem, I log on SLR in DeoVR without to install SLR interactive, Haptics connect see the toy, I turned off the wifi hotspot ... I'm a bit lost there ...
This site has a good library when I see the other websites but the other run good with feelconnect, no one problem
Sebby4506 Did you ever install SLR Interactive on your device and if you did, then Uninstall it and reboot your phone?
One more thing to try is sign out of all slr accounts and wifi (on phone and headset, then sign back in)
I'm having the same connectivity issue. I have the latest SLR software on my Windows PC, and the Haptic Connect app on my iPhone, I made sure they are in the same network and everything, but Haptic Connect says "player not found in connected network".
The Haptic Connect app says "Version 4 (build-4)" in the settings, and the version history in the App Store has the latest version as 1.3. Is this not the same as the latest updates for the Android version as discussed above?
amethystzhong - it doesnt look updated yet - check back in few hours/days, it should show as version 1.4
Thanks so much for the help! Looking forward to it.

The issue seem to persist in 1.4 as well. Updated my Android device and also updated the Quest with new APK file and sideloader.
DeoVR/SLR App does not seem to find the Haptics Connect on phone or Quest 2.
