hey guys its me again -since recently i got the problem that if i download a scripted szene from SLR with the script included, i get something like a "vp 9 codec needed" error on my quest 1. for example i had to download the same szene 3 times yesterday to get one working for interactive use.
today i had to do it twice aswell for another one

has anyone an idea what i am doing wrong?

RealcumberScripts Sorry if I missed it but I don't see how to pair my Keon to the SLR app running in Windows.
The SLR Interactive icon in the playlist is red. The Keon is in pairing mode. Scripts are added to my account. Videos play but there's no action even after restarting everything.
What am I missing?!

hello. I have an Oculus Quest 2 & Kiiroo Onyx+ with an iPhone. I reached out to customer support before buying the scripts sub to ensure I would be able to safely utilize the scripts function without having to do any sideloading or anything else risky with my headset. I cannot get the onyx to connect to deovr. the steps say that I need to connect the headset to the onyx first but the haptics connect app cannot connect to the onyx while it already linked to something else via bluetooth so I do not know what to do. I have sent two emails to the helpdesk over the course of the last week & I have received no replies. feeling kinda helpless.

    jakethegoblin - Dont connect your Onyx+ to anything else but your Quest 2 (remove and unpair it from everywhere, and any other devices connected through bluetooth to be safe first - then repeat all the steps in the guide)

      RealcumberScripts I've followed the steps with the onyx+ connected to just the Quest 2, didn't work. I tried that again, while also connecting the Quest 2 to my iPhone with the haptics app open which also didn't work. the best I got was the light next to the interactive toy icon on the bottom left to flash green momentarily before shifting yellow to orange to red.

      If you are only using Option 2 (not option 3) then yes, do not have your Onyx+ paired anywhere outside of the Haptics Connect app, and compeltely forget/unpair it if you did

      Then follow the steps again for Option 2

      You are likely experiencing a bug with Haptics connect app though, hopefully devs will push an update this coming week to resolve many possible issues like yours

      I have my lovense gush connected to the Haptic app. But it says player not found in connected network. Using DEOVR on Quest 2. However the SLR app can find the player on my quest but obviously not my gush toy.

      Both devices are on the same network with mobile data turned off

        Does anyone have a reputable source from which to buy the Vorze products in the USA? I don't see a purchase option on the Vorze website.

          Same issue. I have treid Deo on both through oculus link PC and installed on quest 2. SLR App on quest. Happtics connect both on android and installed on the quest. No go.

          The update should take care of the connectivity issues and also includes some additional features.

          Hello, with the update, problem to connect to Happtics connect like MrAdamOne said is always there : same network, DEOVR is update too, Happtics connect see the toy but always "player not found in connected network"

          Hi @Sebby4506 - Are you sure that you've enabled this option in DeoVR?:

          Sebby4506 Try turning off your router and connecting everything only through your mobile network data hotspot to see if its an issue with wifi router

          Make sure you Uninstall the old SLR Interactive app if you have it still on any devices

          Sebby4506 Also make sure Haptics Connect says version 1.4 at the bottom of the settings page. This is the latest version. It might not be available for everyone yet.
