kosmo1 - Hey @kosmo1 - do you still have this issue?
Sounds like you actually arent connected with the actual toy and you might be stuck on manual mode and the toy isnt actually connected INSIDE haptics connect app -
This is because you say you can only move the toy by pressing the up/down arrows on the toy and that is only possible if it is manual mode (not connected to haptics connect app)
Can you make sure you unpair and forget your Pulse toy from all your bluetooth devices (including your phone bluetooth) and then power off the toy, then turn it back on?
Then try pressing the SCAN button in 'Devices' tab inside haptics connect app only (Do NOT pair the pulse toy anywhere else at all)
It should now react to controls within Haptics connect (and now pressing the buttons on the toy should not make the toy move)
Please report back and let us know, thanks!
