Vrsumo2017 Maybe it works now?
It works! Now we can play separate 2d videos like YouTube or ph and control deovr player at the same time while the video is playing.
Deovr really needs that separate volume now.
Good updates

Why would you remove manual IPD/horizontal offset alignment/crosseye fix, whatever it was called? I see you have some sort of autofocus now, but it's locked and you can't adjust it. Only for certain content.
Autofocus is obviously a good thing, but don't lock horizonal (and vertical) offset behind it, and then some content is stuck crosseyed and unfocused because we can't change the offset manually anymore..

Does Xbox Controller work again yet? I don't even want to update if you say it is. I had to manually find and set up an old version.. but on Quest the app automatically updated and now there's no manual horizontal offset, so some content is crosseyed.. dizzy, disorientating to look at, because you locked horizonal offset behind autofocus, that isn't available for all content.
TemporaryName Could you please let me know on which video doesn't it work? We will check
TemporaryName Could you please let me know what kind of set up you are using? Headser-steam/meta app?
Otherwise all controllers should be working fine
Kieshi This was on Quest 2, local file. Horizontal offset had always been an adjustable option, but now (last time I checked).. it's been locked away behind auto-focus, which doesn't work on everything. Why remove it as a manual adjustment option? If it's a piece of content that the auto-focus decides it doesn't want to work with, then it's unviewable, unless you want it to look terrible and out of focus and strain your eyes. Just keep it as a manual option also, for when your autofocus doesn't work. It was already there.. don't understand the point of removing it.

For this, Xbox controller not working for many months, it was PC VR, Deo app, Steam VR. I reverted back to an older version where it works. I don't know what the latest version is, because for so long, Xbox controller stopped working, so I don't really want to go through the hassle again of getting the current version if Xbox controller doesn't work.. and now anyway, the manual horizontal offset adjustment option is gone, so it's not worth updating the app because of that newly added issue.
TemporaryName If I understand what you are saying then I don't have the same problem as you.
Horizontal offset is not locked behind autofocus for me. I can adjust Horizontal without autofocus on. And I can adjust it with autofocus on. I haven't seen anybody else saying this so maybe it is because you have an older version of DEO.
I use an XBox controller with steam with the latest version.
TemporaryName please let me know examples of videos where you do not see Horizontal offset or please make screenshot, so we can reproduce.
Also, please mention your device and DeoVR app version that you are using.

Been a while but thanks for the Handy bluetooth support. I use it exclusively now that I realized it was there. No more Handy connected... Handy disconnected...Handy connected... Handy disconnected... depending on the Handy server being up, script reloading in the middle of the video. Everything just works and fast.
I was wondering if some of the Haptics tab from the Settings could be duplicated in the Haptics tab when the video is playing, at least just the Connect elements. Not a big deal if not - just nice to be able to 'turn on' the device once you have found the video you want to watch.
Adjusting the contrast, color tone, and brightness of videos in DeoVR on the Quest 3(v14.2227) leads to a loss in frame rate. Is there a way to fix this?
Kieshi For me it is like this on Q3 when the refresh rate is set to 120 Hz:
hey guys, I have checked and this behaviour is actually normal that FPS drops by 10-15%, as long as it doesn't stutter. Also, it could be floating up and down a bit (raise and then drop a bit, this is also ok)
Kieshi a framerate that isnt rock solid 90+ is not acceptable if you ask me
