The mish scenes are getting harder and harder to watch because of how propped up the girls are on all those pillows. Nothing looks correct. In close mish if there is another girl she is way down by the pillows. Plus close mish is not good because everything is in the wrong place.
Regular mish is getting just as bad. No one on earth has picked up a girl (for some reason it's always a first time with the girl) and stuck 5 pillows under her. Anything you do in VR translates to the viewer. So if it would be weird IRL then it looks weird in a VR headset.
Here are 2 recent scenes I watched. Both don't have the pile of pillows and looked way better. No problem with the stunt cock fucking them.

rerun119 tbh i think that first scene might be a bit of an optical illusion because it looks to me like she IS propped up quite far on one of those wedge-shaped sex pillows, but because they have a white sheet over it it kind of looks like a normal pillow on a bed. That being said that looks like a pretty good angle and i've always been a fan of the Wankz/MilfVR missionary angles.
Maybe the problem with other scenes is having the camera too close to their face? With the medium distance in that Jenifer White scene i can just zoom the camera in if i want a closer view and it still looks fine, but in other scenes when they put the camera too close i can feel a bit cross-eyed and if i zoom out it ends up looking weird.
HughMungus I think at this point every other studio does mish better than SLR.
To be honest I was watching scenes and thinking how much better they all looked. Then the next day I went to write this. I couldn't remember which scenes I watched. I figured they are all better than SLR.
rerun119 Yeah unfortunately SLR is still mostly using the close up angle that simulates your face being about 4 inches away from the girls face even though if you look down your body appears to be 5 feet away. It's like i'm roleplaying as a Brontosaurus.
Between that and the director not asking the girls to pull their knees back towards them you end up with a really crappy view for anything other than staring directly into the girls eyes. Eye contact is great in VR, but when it comes at the cost of almost everything else it's not as good IMO

BaDoink and CzechVR use two different approaches for up-close mish that in my opinion give good results. CzechVR position the guy in "push-up" angle, while BaDoink signal to the girl during regular mish to "curl" her body up towards the camera...

This can look so good. This is how you fuck a girl if you are as close to her face as Nash puts the camera. The problem for Nash is that with pillows your arms are way to far past her body plus your arms are by your hips. Why does he need pillows in the first place?
rerun119 I don't know but Nash's close mish still sucks after all these years. He does pretty much everything else right except that position.
Yeah...sometimes it's too close too nose or focused on chin...Recently last Ivy's SLR's close up was perfect imo, it looks like a literal eye contact.
