Imho simply stated 'you're the best' is as useless as stating 'you suck big time'. Constructive criticism is where a company learns and grows and by engaging either that hopefully deliver a better product. If it does that, it will be rewarded with gaining a bigger market share and thereby money, which should be all the praise a company needs as it means it have happy customers.
Looking through a thread like this can of course be a challenge because many are just venting frustrations but to be fair there is actually constructive criticism that SLR could reflect on.
