Imho simply stated 'you're the best' is as useless as stating 'you suck big time'. Constructive criticism is where a company learns and grows and by engaging either that hopefully deliver a better product. If it does that, it will be rewarded with gaining a bigger market share and thereby money, which should be all the praise a company needs as it means it have happy customers.
Looking through a thread like this can of course be a challenge because many are just venting frustrations but to be fair there is actually constructive criticism that SLR could reflect on.

doublevr Even though I am not the number 1 Nash fan, I have been happy with some of the talent that has been cast over the last few weeks - Sinatra Monroe has had 2 scenes on SLR now and that has been really welcome. Vrsumo2017 I agree, and any competitor site is generally very reasonable priced these days if you really want to see fresh content weekly. It's not a big deal to buy subscription to multiple sites just as you would subscribe to other channels like Netflix, amazon etc. Particularly if you have already spent money on tech to support that format.

Compared to me use to buying dvds 20$ or more each during my 2d porn Era time, and I'd buy at least 3 a month. These monthly subscriptions are very reasonable prices, plus downloads.
The cost of one DVD with about 10 scenes will get you one monthly subscription streaming and downloads. Very reasonable.
