I think it would be really useful and I’d use it. I have a lot of files with scripts (some 3D/VR, some 2D) that I’d like a single place to watch and run the scripts.

Good initiative! There'll be great synergy with interactive scripts from other communities.
VR files can get large, so will be interesting to see how much space can be sensibly offered to users.

Will there be subtitle upload support as well? I'm particularly thinking about JAV VR that would benefit most from this.

So if i understand this correctly, i can download videos for example from CzechVR/VRBangers and upload them into my SLR drive. Once they are uploaded i can watch them with the SLR AI Passthrough filter?

    Where is SLR Drive at in the deployment timeline? Can we expect to see it this year?

        doublevr Will the SLR Drive generated passthrough (AI) work for users who already can't get Passthrough AI to work BUT, CAN get all the other types of Passthrough (Chromakey & Alphapacking) to work??

            Glad to see this is making some progress

            Will DeoVR/Drive support playback from VR private cam recordings when uploaded? They are "pincushion distortion square video" shape and need a certain kind of setting to play without distortion - Fish eye doesn't work as it's round

            Haven't found a media player that can play those properly, Moon Player only offers fish eye

              The only issue would be space than. Well I am very happy to test it out when its ready.

                I think that's the entire point of the feature. It could allow SLR to get content of other sites that don't want to join SLR.

                  I guess we wont know how it will be until we try it.
                  That being said, some of these scenes get pretty large.
                  Anywhere between 10 GB to 30 GB As the largest i'v seen. In practically, from certain sites you could download and upload a lower size scene and it will be fine .

                  But large stuff like let say JAV scenes, where you might have 3-4 files that might equal 30 gb will take a long time to upload.
                  Also some peoples ISP upload bandwith sucks...which will add to it.

                  It will be interesting to see what number SLR provides us a base size limitation.
