Kieshi
Yes, it is always tilted once I open the app, not just the video.
The only thing that is correctly oriented is 2D messages like "Connecting to Handy"
As @abcrebel pointed out, this might be while lying down so that may be what you have to do to reproduce the issue. This has never been a problem before.

In Pico 4 with the new update this happened one time so far, I was watching a video, took the headset off , put it back on but when it came out of sleep mode only one lense was working, i had to put it in sleep and wake it up again and both lense were working fine, so far this only happened one time while deo was open. If it happens again I'll report back. 👍

I posted a thread about this but might as well mention it here:

I found a bug in 13.15 where "Switch playback engine" also flips the video vertically.

Really don't like the new menu re centering function. I don't seem to have the angle issues, but the menu never re centers in a good location for me. Have to remind myself to look up every time before hitting the menu button just so the menu will appear in a usable location. I was very happy with the static menu location. Can we please toggle off this new feature???

I have the following problem, I am using Quest 2 and the current version of deovr, along with Kiroo Keon and Power Blow everything is connected directly in the app, after a certain time the app just switches off and I am on the Quest 2 home screen

Hi guys, looking into all of the comments and getting back to the team with these

Silly-Sausage by lockup you mean that you cannot press anything, video is not moving or something else? Can you please give more details?
Ideally if you could record this, would be much appreciated

Kieshi Hi, thanks for your reply, i've just tested several random webcams, and didn't get the same issue again, so assume it was possibly a glitch that worked itself out - I will delete my original post so it doesn't get picked up again. Thanks again.

bartosz what setup are you using? Which headset and is it SteamVR or some other tool?

andman24 I have the same problem, using Q3 with just a Keon. Connected VIA bluetooth to DEOVR directly (no phone app). Similar behavior, it will seemingly just drop straight back to the home. This has happened when I was doing nothing other than watching, since I thought maybe it was a weird issue with one of the new binds or shortcuts, but no it's crashed without any input.

I decided to check the forums out, frankly I figured a lot of folks would be having/reporting this issue - but it seems like it's maybe limited to folks using Meta device, DEOVR on the device and with a Keon (or other device). So, please don't ignore this and brush it off like it's only two people, If it was even four reporting it I never would have went through the trouble to make an account/post. Thanks and good luck, this feels like it'd be annoying AF to try and fix =/ but hopefully easy enough to reproduce, no pun intended.

Stalinator - I just passed on your issue to the team - does this happen every single time you watch a single video with your Keeon directly connected to DeoVR?

                  Kieshi Hello Sir,
Regarding "UI now recenters automatically upon appearing"
Just wanted to say if you want to make it as a "Switch Off/ On" in global settings, make it Off by default for two reasons:

1- Sometimes DeoVR Steam version resets settings upon updates especially for Meta Quest 2 Touch controllers. I personally don't want to deal with other annoying stuff like this setting to turn it Off too after updates.

2- You'll save yourself and your team many headaches from reports about this "annoying/ weird" UI behavior, especially from new/ Inexpert DeoVR users. Making the Setting Off by default is the best approach in this situation. Expert users can turn it On if they want this setting. After all, they know what they are doing.

Finally, thank you so much for your patience and for taking our feedbacks seriously. Greatly appreciated!

                  Respectfully,
                  Victor.

I am also experiencing crashes with DeoVR since the 13.15 update with the Quest 3 directly connected to the Keon. The crashes occur a short time after starting playback on any video with haptics enabled. I switched to using the Haptics Connect app as a workaround and haven’t had a crash since.

imratore did you try to delete and install the app once again? If this doesn't help, could you please send me the logs from the app, so the team can have a look at it.

ColossalBadger Could you please give more exact steps for us to try and reproduce this?
Does Keon just stop working in the middle of the script playback? Are you using just Keon or PowerBlow as well?
We would appreciate as much information as possible.

                        Kieshi

Thanks for looking into this, Kieshi. 👍

App: DeoVR 13.15 (standalone Meta Quest version)
                        Headset: Meta Quest 3
Interactive Sex Toy: Kiiroo Keon (without PowerBlow)

                        Steps to reproduce:

                        1. Start DeoVR
                        2. DeoVR connects automatically to the Keon via bluetooth
                        3. Play any video with a sex toy script
                        4. Video and toy initially work as expected. At a random point during playback the entire app will freeze briefly and then close, returning to the Quest home screen. The crash may occur a few seconds into playback or it could take 5+ minutes.

I had no issues with the previous version of the app using the same settings. The crash does not occur when using the Haptics Connect app, only when DeoVR is directly connected via bluetooth.
