I just updated my Oculus Quest SLR App to the latest version. And from then I could not open the app. It shows Error loading project data. -> Operation time out. I did a speed test and my test id is 5112. it seems like it's only me. Is there any possible solution to this? I tried reinstalling and it doesn't help.

@t1ger#3684 Are you using a VPN or something? Can you try re-installing with a different connection if you have this option?

@SamSuppVR#3707 Nope I'm not on any kind of VPN. I did install the app in different ways: download apk and install with side quest, downloading and installing via official SLR installer, I even tried resetting my headset and install SLR. None of it works...

@t1ger#3728 Strange. Not sure what the issues is. The alternative is to use DeoVR (just install from the store, and type "sexlikereal.com" in the navigation bar).

@SamSuppVR#3731 Strangely when I use DeoVR, I run into same the error. Same message, same icon and same toast style. And I also have an interesting observation: when I'm downloading a vedio from browser, I'm able to open the SLR app and DeoVR. But as soon as I cancel or pause the download, I'm unable to access the SLR app and DeoVR again. Does this info help? Currently I'm using Oculus browser to access SLR. Hope we can solve this issue soon.

I just updated my Oculus Go SLR App to the latest version. And I am also getting the "Error loading project data -> Operation time out" error message. Does anyone have a solution to this? Update: I also installed DeoVR and tried to access "sexlikereal.com" and I am getting the same "Error loading project data -> Operation time out" error message. Is it because of the latest update to Oculus latest firmware update?

@wylind#5065 Do you happen to have a VPN? If you do, can you try by changing your location?

It was working for me yesterday in the late evening, and I tried it this morning and it was still working, maybe it's resolved?

I don't believe it is/was a timezone issue, as I was able to bypass the problem when I tested the SLR app on my laptop using a VPN located in Europe (Czechia, I think).

I just need to know the time. For some ppl it seems to switch on and off like clockwork every day, but still works with VPN outside Germany.

Rakly3 It was working for me at 11:30pm last night, but was not working at similar times on previous days. I don't normally use it at earlier times. My connection info is posted up-thread.

I did check again at around 9am this morning and found it was still working. I can try again after work, hopefully the problem has gone away...

Yesterday it worked better than the last days / weeks.
Normally the error occured around 19:24 / 19:44 - yesterday everything's still working (20:00).
Maybe a coincident...

hey im from the england iv also been havin this issue since i updated the app on pc my connection for some reason is really bad and i cant open my favorite folder i keep getting error !! D: which im upset with also i do miss the recent tab i missed how organized it was and how far you can go back into pages. But now im getting a lot of errors i cant even go to the next page...I hope u guys fix it 🙁

sooo....me again. its 7.45 pm here in germany and guess what....slr/DeoVR doesnt work.
Everything on my side is working perfect. Internet speed is perfect. Streams running smooth. Downloads are fast.

My Provider is Telekom. Maybe it helps to find the bug.

I will test later on and report....

If I use Norton VPN on my adroid smartphone - SLR loads - turning VPN off: same error like on the Quest 2.
As VPN region I can select Germany (even I m currently in Germany) and it still works.
Sadly Norton VPN is not workable on Oculus OS....

Can't understand that for nearly 3 weeks there's no solution for that.
The error occured first after the last upgrade - need a downgrade even I know that's not possible :-)
