Good day!
Could you please run the test https://www.sexlikereal.com/speedtest and tell us your number. Your computer must be on the same local network as Quest 2 (on the same router) if you are not running the test in the headset.

    I'm getting this error message as well using the DeoVR app on Oculus Go. Also based in Germany. I have been using it for months with very few issues and my internet speed hasn't changed (results are at the bottom).

    Out of interest, I tried installing the SLR app on my Windows laptop and got the same error, however if I use a VPN the Windows SLR app loads fine. I don't think that helps me though with getting it to work on my Oculus headset.

    Yep. Same for me. Germany in the evening. Same Error. Did a full reset of my Oculus Go. Tried DeoVR and the SLR app.

    Same here from Germany. Maybe our evening is tomorrow on server side? Sounds like a time-zone issue. Some systems have a security check like that.

    Can people with this issue check which server they are on? You can find it on the speedtest page. https://www.sexlikereal.com/speedtest

    If at some times you have the issue and other times don't, please add this to the information. Optional, your location (not address) and local time.

    If you like you can also send which ISP you are with to support or DM on Discord to Rakly3 or Bruce. Simply refer to this thread/issue.

    It was working for me yesterday in the late evening, and I tried it this morning and it was still working, maybe it's resolved?

    I don't believe it is/was a timezone issue, as I was able to bypass the problem when I tested the SLR app on my laptop using a VPN located in Europe (Czechia, I think).

      I just need to know the time. For some ppl it seems to switch on and off like clockwork every day, but still works with VPN outside Germany.

          Rakly3 It was working for me at 11:30pm last night, but was not working at similar times on previous days. I don't normally use it at earlier times. My connection info is posted up-thread.

          I did check again at around 9am this morning and found it was still working. I can try again after work, hopefully the problem has gone away...

                Yesterday it worked better than the last days / weeks.
                Normally the error occured around 19:24 / 19:44 - yesterday everything's still working (20:00).
                Maybe a coincident...

                hey im from the england iv also been havin this issue since i updated the app on pc my connection for some reason is really bad and i cant open my favorite folder i keep getting error !! D: which im upset with also i do miss the recent tab i missed how organized it was and how far you can go back into pages. But now im getting a lot of errors i cant even go to the next page...I hope u guys fix it 🙁

                sooo....me again. its 7.45 pm here in germany and guess what....slr/DeoVR doesnt work.
                Everything on my side is working perfect. Internet speed is perfect. Streams running smooth. Downloads are fast.

                My Provider is Telekom. Maybe it helps to find the bug.

                I will test later on and report....

                If I use Norton VPN on my adroid smartphone - SLR loads - turning VPN off: same error like on the Quest 2.
                As VPN region I can select Germany (even I m currently in Germany) and it still works.
                Sadly Norton VPN is not workable on Oculus OS....

                Can't understand that for nearly 3 weeks there's no solution for that.
                The error occured first after the last upgrade - need a downgrade even I know that's not possible :-)
