We're looking into it, something worth considering next year. It could work very well in VR.

Personally I don't see the point as having pre rendered CGI video content is the worst of both worlds imo. While VAM looks okayish for a computer game, the quality is pretty far from what I personally would consider acceptable for porn. Apart from that the things that make 3D interesting like interaction, true 6DOF, etc. are all lost in a video format. I guess, maybe if the 3D look is your kink or something, or if you want some scenario's that are simply not possible in reality?

I'd wish we could get an artist for these. Right now the biggest issues is copyrighted characters they use

@"fenderwq"#p62798 Look into Dark Dreams VR they are really high quality rendering, realistic movement, enhanced 8D audio, I'm not really someone who is into anime or anything whatsoever but the content is genuinely pretty hot. I do understand the difficulties from a copyright angle but the unlimited possibilities for creativity is something I vouch for. The current CGI scenes featured on SLR is outdated.

...yea, massive SplineVR fan here as well, i'd love to see some other VAM porn artists brought into the fold. Although not to everyone's tastes, it does satisfy a variety of niches, so hosting a some more quality studios would definitely make a few weirdos happy! xD Personally, i think VAM is one of the most immersive forms of VR. Sure, it's animated, but the way VAM translates via a headset is ridiculously accurate, you never have to worry about camera angles, giant heads, and all the other unfortunate artifacting that occurs IRL. And it gels perfectly with AI scripts (when the AI isn't confused about massive butts or too much flab!). In fact, i believe the whole VAM / AI script thing is a massive field waiting to be exploited, at a minimum cost, right now. And when you factor in that it's accelerating at breakneck speed, within a few years VAM porn's gonna be worth huge money, with studios producing incredibly detailed photorealistic scenes of anything you want, with full interactive support, at a minimum financial outlay. The ease of production will allow for a huge amount of varied and interesting new material to be produced for VR. i can see it as being a lifeline for VR, certainly if the industry stays in this unfortunate 'muted creativity' mood that it's currently stuck in. Yeah, it's the next big wave, and it's coming...

U/UniversenS on reddit seems to have some pretty great VR porn art/games. I've only seen the previews on reddit but it looks damn good.
