I've just been on the phone to my credit card company and they said that because it's a payment for porn it's going to flag every month as a potentially dodgy payment. My credit card was blocked by their security since that payment was first declined in April.
I was going to change that payment to a straight card payment on another credit card instead of Paypal but I can't see an option to do that anywhere in my Profile. How do I change the payment method?

Okay, that's not good cos I got a great deal when I first subscribed. I guess I can temprarily change my Paypal account to a different card and then change it back when the payment has gone every month.
I've just added my debit card to my Paypal account so the payment should go through now.
How often does this payment happen? Every 28 days or something?
Edit: Can you try that payment again as soon as you get a chance, and then let me know the next few dates that the payment will be made? Sorry to be a pain in the bum, this wasn't a hassle until my PC got hacked last year!!! Since then my credit card company are VERY vigilant with my account.

Iām now experiencing only able to view 2 mins on all videos but I have a premium account. Did something change? Anyone else seeing this?
Hey alina, nothing has changed and you should still be seeing full-length videos if you have an active premium or bundle subscription.

I also only see 2 min videos. I purchased the lifetime subscription about a year ago. What's going on??

GCFan Same occurred to me in the app, and it was because I had been logged out which happens like (almost) never.
SchnuppiLilac yeah I was logged out also but even after logging in, it still thinks I'm not a premium member. I logged onto the site on my PC and also shows not a member.
Just happened to me too, needed to login again via the PC, everything fine after.
