I'm also experiencing this problem. I got a text message from my credit card company asking me to confirm whether this subscription was a legit payment, replied Y for yes and was expecting to be able to view Premium content again because I assumed that the payment went through.
I've had this problem for the last few months now for some reason. Is it a problem with your payment system not being able to handle a temporarily postponed payment or something? All other payments that have been queried and that I've replied Y to have gone through without a problem.
