A lot of movies just have a 2 min preview, while I payed for premium. Am I missing something? Some have "got it" those I can view entirely, but many videos do not. Thanks for clarifying 🙂

Only scenes marked as premium are included in the premium subscription. But that "Got it" only shows up on videos you've bought individually I believe. So if you can't view any of the scenes marked as "Premium" then something is wrong. Like these videos should all be fully watch-able: https://www.sexlikereal.com/scenes?type=premium&sort=most_recent

I'm also experiencing this problem. I got a text message from my credit card company asking me to confirm whether this subscription was a legit payment, replied Y for yes and was expecting to be able to view Premium content again because I assumed that the payment went through. I've had this problem for the last few months now for some reason. Is it a problem with your payment system not being able to handle a temporarily postponed payment or something? All other payments that have been queried and that I've replied Y to have gone through without a problem. Many thanks in advance for any help!

GCFan Same occurred to me in the app, and it was because I had been logged out which happens like (almost) never.

SchnuppiLilac yeah I was logged out also but even after logging in, it still thinks I'm not a premium member. I logged onto the site on my PC and also shows not a member.
