  • Only see previews with premium?

A lot of movies just have a 2 min preview, while I payed for premium. Am I missing something?
Some have "got it" those I can view entirely, but many videos do not.

        I'm also experiencing this problem. I got a text message from my credit card company asking me to confirm whether this subscription was a legit payment, replied Y for yes and was expecting to be able to view Premium content again because I assumed that the payment went through.

        I've had this problem for the last few months now for some reason. Is it a problem with your payment system not being able to handle a temporarily postponed payment or something? All other payments that have been queried and that I've replied Y to have gone through without a problem.

          Hi. Sorry for the delay.
          I checked your account. Looks like our billing system tried to re-bill you and failed. Your bank delayed the payment and sent you a msg to confirm. Even thought you replied Y for yes Epoch rescheduled your re-bill to April 29.
          I'll ask Epoch to re-bill you ASAP and let you know once its done.

              Brilliant, thanks for that. Is there any way to get your system to do that re-bill sooner in the future? My credit card account unlocks 10 minutes after I say Yes apparently.

              I've tried getting the credit card company to not put this check in place for this payment every month but they said it wasn't possible. šŸ™

              I've just been on the phone to my credit card company and they said that because it's a payment for porn it's going to flag every month as a potentially dodgy payment. My credit card was blocked by their security since that payment was first declined in April.

              I was going to change that payment to a straight card payment on another credit card instead of Paypal but I can't see an option to do that anywhere in my Profile. How do I change the payment method?

                  Okay, that's not good cos I got a great deal when I first subscribed. I guess I can temprarily change my Paypal account to a different card and then change it back when the payment has gone every month.

                  I've just added my debit card to my Paypal account so the payment should go through now.

                  How often does this payment happen? Every 28 days or something?

                  Edit: Can you try that payment again as soon as you get a chance, and then let me know the next few dates that the payment will be made? Sorry to be a pain in the bum, this wasn't a hassle until my PC got hacked last year!!! Since then my credit card company are VERY vigilant with my account.
