I don't get this comment... Having good or better lighting isn't possible because of which reason? I never said that the scene was bad or not well received, I said that the lighting could have been better in my pov. I would have expected that you just take that honest criticism, pass it to the production crew and try to improve upon the lighting aspects for future scenes. You can always improve and a stellar technical execution give good scenes with greats scripts and amazing casting the finishing touch they deserve. I don't want to be rude or cocky bt simply saying "you can't have everything" sounds a bit smug. Or maybe it was just meant as a joke and I'm not in the mood?

You don't need clinical light for every scene but shadows on the important parts are imho always bad. That's more a question of where the lights are located for which position and how the people are positioned in the room and its "natural" lighting conditions and not so much about the color or grade of light. And I wasn't on set either I just tell you what I see in the scene, you know, simple feedback. What you'll do with that information is up to you guys.

Philip LOL, you guys have a lot of issues lately with "how feedback is phrased"...

Maybe you have more insight information and people told you via mail that they adored the lighting or whatever but based on the comments on the scene there is zero evidence for it. I have given the scene a like myself because I do like it but I still think the lighting could be better. Same might be true for a lot of other people as well, I don't know. That's not up on me to assess. Anyway, I voiced my feedback and that's it, end of story for me.
