Same for me. Got premium just yesterday, and wasn't able to download or stream anything.
Downloads at 400Kbps at best (with my connection should be around 9Mbps) Buffering impossible even with lowest quality.

Thoran When was the last time you noticed this issue? At what hour approximately does this happen?

I've had these terribly slow download speeds for couple of days now. Your speed test id: 2747. I have a solid 300/300mbps connection, which according to Ookla's speedtest works just fine and the issue isn't apparent anywhere else.

    Luti The issue is only when downloading, or when streaming? Are you using a wireless or wired connection?

      SamSuppVR Seems to be streaming related issue. Using 5gHz band wireless for the sake of convenience but that can't really be the problem as the whole issue is only apparent here. Everything else works perfectly.

        The streaming is completely unusable for me as it takes ages to buffer, even though the speedtest (#2859) looks good. It was the case yesterday too. I'm on a 100Mbps cable connection via Ethernet.

          Luti What device are you using? Do you have an option to try streaming with a different connection?

          Trash loading speed on everything. Pc, mobile and quest.
          Multiple connections and locations.

          Your speed test won't even fully complete. Left for five minutes didn't even start the download part. MS in the 10s of thousands.

          Thumbnails barely load on website and app...

          Says my location/server is in Tokyo, I'm in Australia.

          Trash service and support..

          Time to go to a quality studio where their videos are actually loading, majority you don't even have on your platform...

          Same issue on Quest. Haven't been able to stream any of your videos for the last 3 weeks. All other streaming sites work perfectly. Your speed test won't complete. I certainly don't expect to pay for a product that doesn't work. Assistance appreciated.

            Is there a way to download and store locally the clips we bought? That would fix the streaming problem.

              Philibert If you have access to a scene, you have the option to download in several formats on desktop. Check the "Downloads" tab on a scene.

                  Edit: never mind, i found it (i was searching in VR but it's on the website).

                  I downloaded a video as 4 different formats (including the original 5k) and none will play. I'm just getting a black screen and the controls wont allow to play or fast forward. :-/

                    Philibert The black screen issue happens with local files? What device or headset are you using? Could you give me an example of the video, you are having trouble playing?
