I opened up the Haptics Connect app today on my Quest 2 and tried to connect my Keon, but it appears that it's not connecting. It's almost like the app is not scanning for the device
I verified that I can connect to the Keon from my phone using the Haptics Connect app on that. However, I want to be able to use it with the Quest 2.
I factory reset the Quest, Reinstalled SideQuest. Then, using the SLR Quest Setup app on my PC, I loaded the Haptics Connect 15 and the SLR App 219 that showed as available. Unfortunately, the Keon still won't connect. I also tried DEOVR app as well, but it shows that the haptics are not connected within the app.
Am I missing something? Has something changed? I do have to say that a few screens on the Quest look a little different from a few days ago. Maybe an update was applied on the Quest2 automatically? This is very peculiar as it worked a few days ago. Any advice would be appreciated.
