LordCrash let’s not blow too much smoke up VRFanservices/Onthetelly’s ass. He did the odd good scene yes, particularly near the end of his run here. There was also a lot of shite stuff in warehouses with terrible scaling and camera work.

I agree with the overall sentiment of what you are saying but the loss of VRFanservice is not as big of a deal as you are making out. It was a pity though as I was just starting to enjoy a couple of his scenes, the Pristine/Lexi taboo one in particular.

I always appreciated SLRO in their attempts to be more ambitious in their storytelling than other studios with longer scenes and more immersive stories. They’ve always fallen down on their ability to actually shoot it though and Alex Nash is absolutely included in that in my opinion even if I know he’s worshipped on here so most will disagree with me. There is some really good scenes every now and again but they are the exception rather than the norm.

VRPlayful have literally just showed everyone how it is done. Great immersive storytelling, multiple location changes and shot to perfection. The anal is obviously a bonus for me but, regardless of that, this scene would be great anyway. This was imaginative, ambitious and you can see how much care was taken to get it right. SLRO should poach whoever made that scene. Their first scene was shot really great too.

    Thanks for the troll comment. No, it is not my fetish but one of many ways props can be used to increase immersion. Related examples are "dining table scenes" in All Grown Up (with three people no less) and Modern Relationship. Or even smoke (that is white/grey in colour) that was used quite well in Sexual Alchemy:Sounds of Pleasure. Or even more mundane things like the viewer knocking on the door and the girl coming out to greet you (drawing from VRPlayful's latest masterpiece). All these elements added to the realism and immersion of good VR scenes, and whether they can be implemented in PT is a legitimate concern of mine and nobody has given me a coherent answer yet...

    Similarly, all PT scenes produced thus far are rather vanilla MF scenes that generally are no longer than 45-50 mins. Will all future PT scenes be restricted like this in this sense?

        Rustam1990 That scene (or better movie) is actually fucking amazing. VR at its best. I wish SLR would be on the forefront of VR again and deliver such magical VR content instead of only delivering Naughty Americ style vanilla VR porn or that boring low-budget AR stuff.

            LordCrash I thought their first scene with Chloe Heart, a relative newcomer compared to Katy Rose, was really well shot too. Nothing as ambitious as the new one but they are two for two as far as I am concerned. I agree that we need a bigger sample size but to come out of the gate this strong is pretty incredible.

              theHobbit your concern was addressed in the Connect event by Zuckerberg himself however it unfortunately did not include any sushi.

              I do not know why you have such a fascination with sushi. But in any case, I will see it before I believe it.

                Yes the key here, to put into perspective in the current "debate", is that none of the PT scenes at its current state has ever been near of achieving the level of "being in the scene" as the VRPlayful scene to me. No PT scene yet (at least the ones I have tried to watch) has sexually satisfied me as much as that (and many other VR) scene. Satisfaction/gratification from a scene is ultimately what matters for me.

                With Q3 and future tech, PT will hopefully get better in the future and I am not an opponent of SLRO wholly stopping it, but even then, because of the vanilla and boring nature of the current PT productions, even if I revisited those scenes with a Q3, they would likely not gratify me as much as a VR scene. I will jump into the PT bandwagon if I finally see an epic multigirl, storylined PT experience, but until then, VR will continue to be my preferred mode.

                LordCrash Well, to each their own. VRfanservice had better and worse scenes but at least they were creative and tried new stuff.

                I'd rather he hadn't left given the current overinundation of PT scenes!

                LordCrash You really need tier 1 performers for such content. It's hard to produce such content with newcomers.

                I'm guessing they are Europe based? If so Alexis Crystal, Anna de Ville, Agatha Vega springs to mind as girls who could flourish in VRplayful scenes. I hope they produce more, worth a 2 month wait!

                      As discussed with @doublevr I have some ideas for European production. Though it might not represent exactly "European" style or whatever meaning it has, for me it's just production in Europe, since that where i'm located and it's most convenient to me regarding logistics.
                      But I took into consideration all the aspects of production and post production.

                              Manny_S you don’t feel that European porn has a different feel than US porn? The girls in Euro porn often have a more sophisticated look and feel to them, like actual fashion models shooting porn. The scenes themselves also feel a bit more cinematic like fashion shoots. The sex itself is more hardcore too, much more focused on anal, DP’s, rough sex etc. US porn is much tamer and more restrictive than European porn.

                                I do not hope all future Euro scenes will be passthrough / green screen. Yes, there is a lot of hype surrounding the Quest 3 and it's PT capabilities, but I'm really starting to fear what @LordCrash and others have been saying... If passthrough starts becoming the norm on every other scene, I will be severely disappointed with this new direction. PT scenes have a purpose, for sure, but they are like its own genre. At least, the way they are now, they are filmed like its own genre. Currently they are basically like green screen casting scenes. There needs to be more variety otherwise you are seriously going to fracture your userbase even more.

                                    I am not going to shoot passthrough exclusively, nor i will not start from the passthrough scene. Firstly i would try regular bg scene. I have some ideas how to combine regular an pt scenes and will try to make a sample as long as i get to shoot my first scene.
                                    So far we are yet in the planning. Will keep you updated.

                                        I have one humble request, if you want to pass it to the male talent pls do, It's so annoying while seeing the male's hand constantly keeping on or simply pressing in the reverse cowgirl position, I want her to ride, ass giggle, twerk not being interrupted by the male's hand, I'm not saying he should not do that, do it for mayble for 10-15secs, spread the ass for making asshole visible ? spanking ?, VALID, but simply not keeping and pressing the ass as i said I want that ass to work on.
