doublevr I have Quest 2 passthrough, like the majority of people on SLR, and can't for the life of me understand how people are enjoying it.
Hairsational get quest pro or quest 3 and you are going to enjoy it well

doublevr The girls are much hotter here for sure in my view, but he is much better behaved, less petulant and more likeable on their forum. Maybe he is just a fan of the kind of girls they showcase on that site?
I have subs on both but I am pretty much convinced to let my sub expire on POVR as I am finding that in any given quarter I will only like maybe one or two girls in who they are showcasing, whereas on SLRO I am setting reminders on pretty much 99% of the women in the upcoming section.
I think whoever does the casting here or whichever team have a great eye and knows how to cater to multiple tastes. I've even began to appreciate some chicks that I wouldn't ordinarily be interested in as they look nice when I see them in the SLRO scenes.
doublevr I wouldn't enjoy PT even if I had a Varjo XR-3. It's not my thing and I don't find the idea appealing. No amount of new shiny tech is going to help with that. So I avoid PT scenes and I will continue to do so, even with the 'choose your own background' option, not least because having the male performer wearing a grey bodysuit will still make it look artificial. I watch porn scenes to escape my everyday existence, not to try to pretend like I could hit that in real life, because I most certainly couldn't.
I know others are the complete opposite to me on this and that's fine. As long as there's a good selection of all kinds of niche on here (and I include PT as a 'niche') then I'm not going to complain about it. What does bother me is PT evangelists who tell me and others that we just haven't seen the light yet. We get it, you're excited about PT, it's your thing. Good for you. Don't shove it in my face and tell me it's good for me and I'm just too dumb to realise it.
It's only really an issue for me when PT is my only option for a performer I like and have wanted on here for ages. That hasn't happened yet, though I'm sure it eventually will do. So my ask is and will continue to be, don't do only PT with a new / community-requested performer.

I'm like this with the harem stuff. I'm happy that fans of it are getting served what they like, but it's not for me. There's not something I'm missing about it. I'm not going to suddenly love it when the tech gets better. I just don't like it. People get weird when you tell them that.

At the end of the day though, it's still a passthrough scene. If I buy a pro, it may make it look better than the black and white fuzzy CCTV footage of the quest 2, but it's still not gonna turn it into a quality VR scene like Ripped Tights 2!

I hope this is quite obvious but I just read through the comments on Ripped Tights 2 - It's interesting to note that the customers who aren't into those girls don't flood the thread with negative comments, I am presuming out of respect for the performers.
Whereas you look at a pass through with say Lily Lou / Kelsey Kane and you will get some quite vitriolic and nasty comments aimed at the performer's appearance themselves.
It's not just about not liking or not liking PT or liking and not liking harem scenes, it's a bit more than that with some of these commentators.
This is not aimed at you @tallbloke35 as you are one of those customers who loves to say nice things about the girls.
I hate the title of this post "SexLikeReal is doing it wrong again" I think SexLikeReal is doing everything right, I'm glad that there is such an awesome VR porn site. But complaining is always very popular. Thank you SLR for all the great experiences, the lifetime account was one of the best funds I have invested so far

so i got tired of reading all the messages i sifted through in this thread, but i do agree that when a new camera/piece of equipment has not been tested, to definitely have the tech team test and measure the optimal range of where a performer should be around? i have not paid attention to any of the scenes scale and distance in videos because i just deal with it and adjust on my own 
as long as my buddy lines up its good enough for me.
Now as for SLR and what they are doing , for me it’s all been great so far , i mean i dont know if i have anything negative to say other than me wanting cosplay scenes like their Crystal Chase, Chloe Surreal, Violet Myers, etc pretty much scenes like that to really hit it home on the same level that Modern Relationship did it with the multi segment scenes . Yea i dont know man i just dont know what to dislike 
i love that there is JAV and scripts for some . Thats another thing i like .
Now If DeoVr isnt working , i definitely would appreciate the advice from a member to use another player so i can still enjoy my porn. I wouldnt go as far to think its bannable :/ but im not sure if there is more to that ban than just what i read

The industry has a Mgen otherwise known as mycoplasma genitalium issue and many pornstars are trying to navigate their way through this. Nothing wrong with safe sex, in fact it should be applauded. Some of these drama queens are so selfish though. They will nit pick on anything and everything.
They want performers to put themselves at risk as long as their own carnal desires aren't affected. Shame on them.
