This is the place to say it.
It seems that SLR flew there #1 director @alexnash across the ocean and gave him the new 8k camera that he has never used before.
Nash had shot 50 straight scenes with some of the best camera placement in the business IMO. He know how to use that camera plus it looked great. Does he know the distances for the 8K camera? Obviously not. All the Euro scenes now look to far away. Did he check after the first scene to see what it looked like? Obviously not. I haven't even watched any after the first one because I know how SLR does things. The first one is to far away so they will all be the same. I just read people complaining about the distances on the newest scripted scene. "to far away" "why is my dick so far away" and on and on.

Let me ask everybody a question.
If you were going to set up this trip across the ocean to shoot these Euro girls for one time only. Would you give the director a camera that he has never used and not test it before hand?

    Let's look at the last 2 months of SLR originals for my lifetime membership.
    24 scenes

    5 Pt scenes, can't watch because I have a Pimax
    8 Zero immersive with no story at all, waste of time Mack scenes
    2 SimsenseMedia scenes that they let him shoot that weren't PT. One was OK. One was pretty damn good (Rumor is that it was directed by Leana Lovings)
    5 Euro scenes with an untested for distance camera so completely breaks immersion.
    1 28 minute "fixed" scene

    That leaves 3 @alexnash scenes that are good. Only one has a script. The other one in coming soon so I am waiting to watch it so that might be months or never.

    Conclusion: 2 scenes that I have watched that are good. TWO in two months + 2 ok scenes. More is this case is for sure not better at all. It is way worse

    rerun119 I believe the distance problem is a result of the "lens hack" that they have been mentioning. Whatever they did to fix the huge scale, they went too far and now the objects in the videos look too small and far away. I found that zooming in helps and it's far more watchable than the previous 8K scenes with the totally messed up scale. However, it's not convenient having to change the zoom specifically for these SLR Originals scenes when I don't need to touch it for any other content.

        I'd argue that SLR's casting director should have opted for another film with either one of these young and attractive hotties. I think the "likes" for their films bears out my case.

              [deleted] as I’ve already said, this is her first ever VR scene. She is not the norm here or anywhere in VR. Plenty of people enjoyed that scene, you don’t need to cry every time one scene isn’t tailored to exactly what you want.

                      Nothing wrong with saying that you dislike scenes with girls that have tattoos etc but picking on specific individuals is simply wrong.

                      I often read through posts on twitter and it's really quite sad how some of the performers talk about how a single hateful comment can ruin their day, even though they get so many positive ones as well. I have seen this on Sophia Leone's profile and even Kendra is quite open about her tattoos and their association with drugs etc. People were not kind to her even though she looked so hot in her scene.

                      That being said, I know plenty of women who have lots of tattoos, they love it and are always talking about getting another one. They are so excited about them - please let them be.

                        Disagree, it won't be fair to give them only positive comments, and the one with negative comments "only" shouldn't be considered for future shoots, but don't be excessive about it and making a full time job like @[deleted] who just can't drop it. Also there are models who do criticize other people, and literally using the word "UGLY" and getting away with it, like Hailey Rose posted on twitter for instance or like Jessica Starling who felt a bit picky, but they would both have different opinions with the right amount of money. It just goes both ways I should be able to use words as harsh as "UGLY" otherwise it's gonna be considered a discrimination in favor of them.

                            Why would you work for a niche sector of porn when there is an open season on nastiness and hate against performers and there are so many other studios and producers making 2d content that don't allow for hostility or have this facility in place for their subscribers?

                            I would not blame Connie if she decided that SLR wasn't something she would be prepared to do again, and I sometimes wonder why many requests simply don't get booked when most off the talent being requested have quite busy schedules and making good money of their Onlyfans. Maybe the ladies are like no thanks to the consumers who have a lot to say about their bodies, shape/fakeness of their tits, colour of their hair etc.

                                    HughMungus If you read further in the comments of that tweet, it's because her boyfriend (now husband) is one of the hottest guys in porn. With such high standards, of course everyone else is ugly. She also said that her face is one of the most beautiful in porn. Maybe they are planning to expand their circle of friends in the industry, maybe it's a braggadocious PR strategy, maybe she lost a bet or they are just stupid. In any case, I decided to separate the art from the artist and to go back to looking just at the porn pics on Twitter.

                                        theHobbit I understand your perspective, and I see what you mean, but the way I see it, it is even worse. Not naming someone in particular could imply that the criticism is directed towards a larger group of people "all those aren't literal sex athletes, or not world's most desirable people, and all the ugly performers in the world".

                                        It would be strange if Connie decides to stop shooting for SLR simply because they allowed 2 or 3 negative comments about her body. Models should learn how to handle negative feedback, and that's completely okay, it comes with the territory of being in the industry. Deleting every single negative comment would set SLR apart from most other porn sites, Flat and VR, where such comments are often allowed, as long as nobody's wishing death or cursing anyone. In fact even on Onlyfans you're allowed to do so, as long as you pay. You can literally send a $10 tip with negative feedback, and they will be happy with it and ask for more, since this type of feedback helps them improve themselves. Lol!

                                        Just to be clear, I'm not sharing those tweets to spread hate or make others dislike those models. My point is simple: if they can criticize others and be picky about who they work with, then we should be able to voice our opinions about models' looks too. In the way we want to certain limits of course. And also to expose their hypocrisy (which is kinda off topic) cuz I'm 100% sure they'd both have sex with a random ugly fat ass noseless Voldemort looking dude, if they know he's got XXmillion $ in his bank account.

                                          theHobbit Hard disagree. Models are not sharing their bodies with us out of the goodness of their hearts and thus deserving of only praise. They are selling their bodies and performances to us and are very well compensated for doing so. Their bodies are their product, like it or not. That was their decision, not mine. Product that I am subbed to is open to criticism.

                                          "Poor Connie" makes a lot more money per day than most of us do.

                                                Hairsational It's weird how it looks. The background looks like the right size to me. If the girl is standing 4 feet away from me she looks correct. If I look at my lap it looks too big to me and too far away. I now have giant hands. Plus all the mish and doggy is way way to far away. And the camera is too far forward.

                                                I am assuming that Nash put the camera in the same place that he always does. My nipples are now too far down there. I tried watching "Euro Trip: Good Student" last night. The girl would go to lick my nipples. I would look down at her head and could see my virtual nipples were down where my ribs should be. It's like it is stretching the image at the edges. Also in close up mish, my virtual arms are down by my waist and my hips are way down where my feet should be. All SLR close mish would stretch the hips too far but how it is even worse.

                                                I think that maybe I could fix up some of this with Heresphere to stretch the image back to the correct scale but why do I have to go and spend time fixing the scene. I'm not going to waste a script download on it to try. I can't believe that they would send him to shoot with this camera before knowing all of this. On second thought I can believe it. They said they were going to put out a couple of scene so that everybody could look at them to make sure it was correct before going all in. Did they do that? NO
