Click on controller
Click on player
Then click on pitch
The green check and a x will appear
Then you push up on the joy stick to assign pitch to the joystick, then click on the green check to save it.

after i click controller....i DON't get all those options down below like PITCH. it also is a pic of Meta Quest Pro...VS quest 3 if that makes a difference...yours says pico
after i click on the controller... do i do anything? or just click it, then click player? which is all i can do

think my options end at dome rotation? and the PITCH you are talking about should be below...but none of those other options are there
spanker idk, it should all be the same on all headsets, I could be wrong tho...but you should be able to change the pitch.
I use it on quest 2 and pico 4 and it's the same method on both to get to the player settings.

Man, the wait is killing me. I received all the goddamned accessories, but the Q3 and battery pack are still pending (restock, maybe?) - Preordered on B&H, by the way 
put the question to support...see if they can figure out where those options are and why it showing up as quest pro vs 3

Reddit OP stated he bought his at a retail store in the Netherlands. Maybe it's an issue for European units or something?

Why you all so convinced some units have lower quality cameras? This is exactly what these small cameras are expected to look like. They are too small to get enough light in low-light conditions. The same type of cameras are used in smartphones except smartphones do a lot of extra post-processing of the image to try make it look better. If they tried to do the same for the multiple cameras on one of these headsets the battery would last like 30 mins.

That's a Q2 issue as well. Started happening around March, after a firmware update!
I read a user say, turning off the 120hz and handfapping...
I mean hand tracking off helped his battery life last longer.

Well my $150 chinese smartphone shooting video about 5 time better ,clearer and low noise at the same light conditions then the Quest 3 passthrough cameras ... Sounds crazy but its true ...
Vrsumo2017 If they don't sort these out fast it's gonna be even longer for the Q3 to take over the Q2 market share. I probably won't make the switch until there's a price drop.

I had 120 Hz activated on Q2 for quite some time and never noticed any major impact on battery life until a few weeks ago. So it could also be an issue of the Quest OS and not the Q3 device specifically.
Im now thinking about returning my quest 3, the binocular overlap is too noticeable for me. Someone suggested changing the adaptive distance to 2, instead of setting it to the lowest, it seems to help.
The pico 4, I can hardly noticed the binocular overlap at all. I think the quest 2 is better at it than the quest 3 as well.
