Fine. Way better than Quest 2 but not mind-blowing.
Very very bad battery with PT, especially if you use any sharpen or brightness settings. You get like 60min-90min depending on how often you're changing vids or messing with settings, if you start with a 100% battery.
Without PT def lasts much longer, more like 2.5 hours, which imo is more than enough time, any longer and it starts getting insanely uncomfortable.

Does someone here maybe have a side by side comparison between Quest 3 DeoVR via Link/SteamVR and Quest 3 DeoVR native?
I always have had a sharper image with PC (with Quest 2 and Pro) and would be really curious if it's the same with the Quest 3 (:

Does anyone know why Quest 3 won’t play the “original” files from VRAllure, VRHush, or FuckPassVR? Early videos from these studios work just fine and can be streamed from SLR. However, Quest 3 doesn’t seem able to stream any of the newer films via AirLink and DeoVR.

Just received the quest 3 today, honestly, I'm very impress, video and passthrough. I'm coming from the pico 4 and quest 3 is def better than the pico 4 in both categories.
Bro, I think hand tracking has some potential. It can legitimately make passthrough even more immersive because your hands can be a part of the video. I was watching Kelsey Kane (Rest and Chill) when she was riding me reverse cowboy, using hand tracking. I was able to slap her ass or pretend to hold her ass with my hands. LOL.
I need to figure out how to get rid of that stupid light pointer coming out of my avatar hand; it completely kills the immersion. I was able to do it once

Honestly i envy this guy for the Passthrough quality of his Q3 unit ... mine never can get even close to that and still much more grainy and noisy even at better light conditions then his . Lucky man ! How about yours Quest 3 units Passthrough quality guys - share your opinions ?

Man, that's what happen to me with the pico 4, I'd watch reviews on the pass through and the reviewers pt would look OK not as good as q3 I'd see now on YouTube but decent, but then when I got mine my shit looked grainger then theirs. Even with all my light on you could still see the grain.
But yeah, with the q3 pt reviews I've noticed sum pt looks better then others.

This pic from a meta commercial and clearly low lighted in that room, where's the grain? Wheres the wraping?! Hell, low light like that with no grain with sum alpha production? Hell I'll take that! Take my money! But then I get home it grainy as fuck 
Their quest pro too with their commercials ain't none of them avatars look or move like that, and I don't remember their commercials showing pt with gray overlap or warping.

Oh fuck and the battery life, now I'm hearing the thing only gets an hour if you use the pt but is advertising 2 and half hours?. Smh I haven't even bought it yet and I'm already a unsatisfied customer

Damn that was pretty good. Needed horizontal off set adjustment tho, maybe a notch on + during the seated cg 
When I get mine my shit better not be defective, when i bought my q2 I took that shit back 5 times before I was actually satisfied with the screen, turned out that's just how the shit was. stupid sweet spot.

What!? Ah hell nah, u might wanna take it back G if you not satisfied with it, you see that video I posted, says sum q3 users getting defective pt and mic issues, one guy had a dead pixel.

I bet its not about defective unit ... too many people complaining of this passthrough bad quality - take a look here ...
Maybe Meta could fix it with software update - hope so ! Or maybe they use lower quality cameras for different Q3 units for different regions and so on ... In this case many people will be fucked up ...

SINCE i can't seem to follow simple directions for changing my controller joystick to handle the pitch VS zoom...pretty sure that means i know shit about shit.
btw...hope they update the app to take care of these things
in the meantime...on a NO ESG in the area 2d jav site. it's ridiculous and NOT on my NEW headset looking at this site

Click on controller
Click on player
Then click on pitch
The green check and a x will appear
Then you push up on the joy stick to assign pitch to the joystick, then click on the green check to save it.
