Imo, I think the falloff at 1000 worked better, cuz it took out a little bit with each - click, this version .10 at 100 one click of the - can take out to much around the edges.
I was wondering if "falloff" should be renamed to "edge up" or "edging" or "smooth out" cuz that's what we doing with it is smoothing out the edges. Idk...just a suggestion

Vrsumo2017 Hey, when you are setting new falloff values, it is same as you setting range from 900 to 1000 in old version. We just removed the 0 to 900 part.

But I was thinking of it like a hair cut, edge me up or blend in my edges more, lol idk

Sandi_SLR This is one example, probably only works with dimmed lighting. I assume there is no other way for some videos to make them work in PT. Maybe @Vrsumo2017 can comment.

I call it ghosting, but I like to make it see through sometimes, during a laying cg you kinda blend your own body in with male model, and you can see how the model lookes positioned on your lap, it's awesome. But I go back in forth, I'll ghost it and then go back to solid. Just depends.
Plus when ghosting it kinda give it that hologram-ish look you would see in movies.
Really think it should stay at 1000 the way it is with 13.09

On it so the see through approach worked out good, you can actually move the falloff to the right to make it a Lil more solid if you want

Sandi_SLR posting presets wise, that 725 probably the lowest I ever posted but for my personal use I can go lower, it just depends on the video image.
Sandi_SLR Saw some settings in the PT thread from another guy, going as low as 680 or so. He used it on the therapy alpha scene, for which most people probably don't see the need to fiddle with the settings but I think he did it to get rid of the furniture in that scene and/or make the male talent more transparent to be able to blend is own body in.

Yeah, the 1000 offset works good for that too.
Sum might be fine with the 100 and sum might like the 1000 but the 1000 benefits both. Imo
Plus if needed when Im edging up for solid pass throughs with the 100 hitting one click on the - takes out tomuch,, with 1000 hitting one click on - takes out less and its better cuz you can keeping hitting the - and get the edge where you want it. It's like erasing small amounts before erasing tomuch.

But with quest 3 coming lot of users probably be upgrading so it'll look pretty good with q3.

I went trough a bunch of PT when I was gathering data, somehow I missed all that had lower falloff setting.

and I'm noticing something glitchy, every now and then when I push play on a video, right before it loads the three dots it'll just be a black screen for like 5 seconds then the dots load then video plays, but also at this point if i push trigger to open the player the screen pauses for like a second, like a stutter, this is something i never noticed on previous versions. Might wanna look into that.
I've noticed it a few times now.
Vrsumo2017 What are the you using? Pico 4? Can you try to describe exactly where are you playing videos, from hub? From playlist?
Sandi_SLR Im using the beta on quest 2, and it happens randomly.
Example
I open deo go to slr play a video
Push on the trigger to use the player, just to see if it stutters while doing that I'll push the trigger to open the player many times to see if the video stutters but it don't, it opens the player and the video plays smoothly with no pausing/freeze, no problem
But randomly I can play a video and it'll just be a black screen for like 5 seconds before loading the dots and then it'll play the video, that's when the video stuttering happens when opening the player, if i push the trigger it pauses/freeze the video for like a half a second.
