Ahh yes, of course. You're comparing my videos all with studios that only do 10/15 minutes short solo videos (or lesbian, which production-wise is equivalent to solo for costs and difficulty), and who even only have 30 videos in 2 years in one case, 20 videos in 7 months in the second case and finally 18 videos in 3 years in the last case. That's borderline hobby size, not definitely a business (I don't say this to diminish them, I have total respect for them and what they do.. it's just a fact that on average I produce that amount of video in just two weeks, and still I am considered a small producer that is totally irrelevant in the porn business).
Like comparing apples and pears. Or actually comparing someone trying to set up a regular apple pie supply for catering to someone picking a pear from a tree. You really obviously have a very clear idea of what you're talking about, and the more you comment, the more you keep showing it.
But yes, you're right. It would be extremely much easier to just shoot a solo video every once in a while, except.. if these are the only kind of "independent VR studios" you want to support, then my "empty airport" analogy is even more fitting. You'd still pay the same amount of money to just get those studios producing only 20/30 videos every 2/3 years? Maybe yes, but how many other users would? Enough to make VR porn become a big enough business to attract producers and viewers? I really am not sure. Do you really want to pay the premium subscription just for these solos? I don't think so, you surely also want the hardcore scenes (all just provided by big producers?).
Talking about VR in general (not just porn) it's not a mystery that the whole entertainment industry (developers, producers etc), the press and also the whole users community is still wondering if VR is here to stay and prosper or if it's going to be a fad. Well, your attitude towards people that is making efforts and struggling to keep the VR passion alive is definitely not going to help towards a brighter future.
You probably don't realise that nobody (that isn't a big studio, or backed by a big studio, or a side thing of a big studio) is going to be able to make VR porn a real long lasting venture if they must be limited to solo, or unless they find a wealthy investor that is happy to loose money, or unless they are granted some time to just grow their business little by little, like many do in every business sector. Which brings us back to what I was writing in my comments before. Yes, apparently you do actually "actively want smaller niche VR studios to fail", you just don't know how this business works and so you don't realise it.
Have you even tried to see how my videos evolved in the months, how they are shot lately? Probably not. I am still working just with a crew of 1 (just started a month ago actually, before it was just me doing everything), but it already makes quite the difference in what we can achieve.
Anyway.. again, nobody is forcing you to watch my videos, nor you're paying any extra for them, hopefully you'll get your desired filter soon and so you're totally able to just not contribute in any way to the continuation of my quest.
