Had the same issue with haptics connect & found this thread. Is this an issue with an oculus update? I tried sideloading the Lovense remote onto the quest2 & it worked. Couldn't get haptics connect to work.
The iOS workaround did work.

Sandi_SLR we will be adding direct bluetooth pairing inside the deovr/slr app itself

That would be pretty cool. Do you have an idea when this might be released? Will it also support the Handy via bluetooth?

        Has anyone been able to use the haptics connect app (IOS) without it crashing?

          I think this is a different issue but maybe it is related. Every time since the last update deo reloads when I start to use it. I'll start deo then click on a video then it goes to 3 dots and starts reloading the app again. I'm on steam not quest.
          Then last night it couldn't connect to the handy either. I tried unplugging it and restarting 4 times. It never connected. I then loaded HereSphere and it worked fine. @Sandi_SLR

            Not yet, will post an update regarding haptics connect in separate post. We still have to announce this news.

              I've only ever ran haptics connect through the quest2, and I don't have an iOS device. Am I outta luck till the haptics get incorporated into the SLR app?

                doublevr I have it installed on quest 2, it's not working at the moment.

                By proxy do you mean I can connect it android, and then still watch on quest 2 somehow?
