Sperson Thanks for giving a shot. I believe they lose a lot for not being on SLR and that's not working well for them in the long run as they fail to build their fanbase on SLR and are losing a lot of potential. I hope we can get them one day.
It's also true that CzechCasting is not performing well on SLR. Yet it's their least brand.
For me when you are a small video producer, SLR makes a lot of sense - nobody is going to pay for your studio while you have so little content, so your best source of money is via the SLR shared-platform model.
When you have hundreds of videos, the equation changes. Instead of getting a percentage of royalties from SLR affiliation, you have the chance to get dedicated subscribers.
For this reason it is no surprise that CzechVR, Badoink, VirtualTaboo and some others are not affiliates
ibins Very generally speaking, but I believe this is why a large number of studios decide to have a delay between original releases and their release on SLR. It give users the option to subscribe directly to the studio for the newest & freshest scenes, but also allows a much, much wider audience to see their "older" scenes. Which in turn can increase the number of folks who would subscribe to the original studio to get those scenes in advance instead of having to wait X weeks or months.
But again, basically just my assumptions.
Well the question is do they lose more subscribers to SLR, or do they gain more because some people wanna have the videos "first".
And they obviously think it is the first, and I can understand it.
CzechVR is a well known quantity in the VR Porn business, they have basically always been the first to adopt new tech when it is available and also know how to use it, they have a ton of content, I think it is already over 1k videos, and they have always taken one of the first places in basically ever VR porn review.
There is not a lot of attention for them to get they are already well known, and they also have a dense enough release cycle that there is no risk that their subscribers may go for the lack of new content.
They are not a new site that just started and can get barely one release a week out, economically there is simply much more to lose for them than to win.

@ibins a lot of great points there, but all producers eventually need to keep building their base. Maybe they’ve carved out a nice enough spot that they are profitable enough and they don’t want any more growth but that tends to end badly at some point. I subscribe to the grow or die adage and you either build, buy, or partner to sustain continued growth. We know that they are building both a growing catalogue as well as advancing tech, but is their subscription base robust enough and loyal enough to sustain that continued growth. In the end they are just one company with a limited group of websites
If they chose the path of partnering as @justsomedude101 mentioned, and at the very least provided older content to SLR then that would provide them with an additional revenue stream for second run or older content. assuming there are some royalties or licensing involved in providing that content to SLR (why I asked what’s in it for them earlier)
Either way it seems like good business to partner and all we have discussed about their KPIs or their business model are just speculation. I’m sure all I got was a front line support rep with a boilerplate response , and without access to a PM or someone else with more knowledge of the company I’d never find out more. All I could find was their SEO traffic metrics which Organic is 2/3 that if SLR and their back links is 1% (10m) that if SLR (1b).
In this equation they are MGM and SLR is Netflix and we all know that eventually MGM gets eaten by a big fish.

That's an understatement. Imho CVR is still a lot better than pretty much ANY other VR studio. Not for each and every scene, but some of their scenes are simply spectacular with intimacy and VR intelligence through the roof. CVR at their top game is simply VR porn perfection.
So yeah, it would definitely be a win for SLR to have them on their site. I doubt CVR will do it though in the foreseeable future. I think they're pretty happy with their current situation.

I think I found about 10 very good clips - ones that could be used a few times per year if need be....SHIT i might even be able to hunt those 10clips down in a few weeks 
.....not sure it will need the 3fisting clips to reach 10 or not...i bought those on this site about a week before they took their content off
ALL clips can be used btw....just don't jerk it for a month and the sears catalog could be used again....I'm talking about someone that probably spews 4-5 times a week (normal usage type stuff)
as far as how well everything is shot quality-wise? they are GREAT
was let down about the FETISH part of the name...it was lacking for me on all levels of execution or even the shot plan before it began. 20-30 seconds here and there and masterpieces are made....clips that could be used 20-30 times without losing jerking potency
CVR certainly puts out some great content. Will they some day allow more content to be on SLR again? Maybe. I certainly hope so. I'm sure they have their reasons for choosing not to at this exact moment, but never hurts to ask. And again: as with pretty much any girls/studios/brands that people would like to see - I feel like it's much more impactful when the requests come from fans and members of their community. Situations change constantly with the times, so who knows what the case may be even a year from now

The problem only giving away old videos is the rapidly improving technology in this sector. If you never have heard from a studio and see their old videos here you might think yeah not so bad, but they just use old technology I am used to better nowadays.
For example WanksVR only allows their old scenes shown here on SLR, if you do not know them from somewhere else you´d never be tempted to subscribe them because of some videos you have seen here, just because how old they look.

More like SLR is Netflix, and CzechVR is something like Disney+ or AppleTV+.
This will probably happen with most high quality content, once the get big enough to stand on their own they will do it, because well then they do not have to share the profit with someone else.
And I think SLR knows this, that´s why they invest heavily to ramp up their own productions, so in the end they deliver enough HQ content themself to justify a subscription and see the rest of the content from smaller studios as a bonus, even when most of the other HQ productions have left them.

Sure there can be never ending growth with limited resources with digital assets. I can’t think of a company whose business model is “tow the line”. In growth it’s determining the opportunity cost. Growth in one area (like AI) means less growth or stagnation in another (like UI re-development to add that filter video/studio option).
But that’s not what we are talking about here, we are talking about revenue growth and the wanks problem you mention is an easy solution. You play the video with a message in the video page and information section of the player stating “these are old Czech VR videos, for newer higher quality content subscribe here”. SLR grows their library, Czech VR opens up a new sales channel and I (the consumer) get to see their videos somewhere other than a free tube site at high(er) quality, because realistically I’m not subscribing to multiple porn sites and I’m going where I get the most bang for my buck.

CzechVR make the best VR movies, especially their sound is far superior to any other studio I have seen. The only issue for me is that their scripts for the handy are worse than SLR. They make not only Czech videos but also spanish, german and russian speaking I think.
I doubt it hurts them that they are not on SLR.
I don´t like CzechVR. They have wonderful girls and a brutal image quality, but they put the camera quite far away, and their scenes are very artificial, the actresses look like they are posing. Almost no face-to-face sex. It is the same with almost all the European VR porn ( the exception is FuckpassVR).
They have some very good titles but in general for me most of the titles are a disappointment.
SLR Originals are much better, with more immersive and realistic scenes.

CVR is indeed the master of positioning, angles and distances, VR porn perfection most of the time. And most of their scenes are not artificial at all which is true for most high-class European VR porn as well. Most US VR porn is far more artitifical. And nothing against proper positioning, I acually want to see something for my money...
