I enjoyed using "SLR" for a year, but I had no intention of renewing my subscription.

After the payment was made due to the renewal of the subscription, I canceled the subscription within 2 hours and requested a refund through the website.

After the cancellation of the subscription, I did not use the "SLR" service at all, and I wonder if the refund request I applied for is going well.

    I don't understand why it's so late when it's not a difficult measure to get a refund.

    Just a note for anyone enquiring about the time it took to get the refund. I requested it on the 10/03/2023 and it was completed on the 12/03/2023.

      southgarebelec05 Hey, due to the holiday season, the wait times are longer than usual, but if you requested a refund through the refund form, you should already receive a response from our support team!

      However, if you opened a regular ticket, the wait times are longer than usual as I previously mentioned.

      Also to add, your particular request was answered on Monday around 10 PM CET so I suggest checking your mailbox to see if you received an email from our support team.

        [deleted] I did use the refund request form. When I use the link you posted it shows my request as pending. I don’t have an email from your support team. I checked the inbox and spam box and specifically looked at the time/date you mentioned. There seems to be a disconnect.

          For future reference, if the same or a similar thing happens again, you can create a new thread with the support tag and it will be picked up by the support staff, you'll don't need to tag anyone on the forum.
