Okay so I’ve tried 2 modes of rectifying and neither have worked. I have an oculus quest 2 that I’m trying to connect my Max 2 through the haptics connect app.
1)I’ve tried downloading the haptics connect app onto multiple iOS devices (phone, iPad). In this case, the app downloads fine and connects the the Max but every time I try to open the Max settings, the app immediately crashes, same for all iOS devices. I have to go through the settings bc otherwise, the Max 2 default is to continue pressurizing and depressurizing which makes it impossible to use
2)I’ve tried side loading haptics connect directly onto my quest. The app connects just fine to the Max in this fashion and I’m able to open up the specific settings for the max 2, but as soon as I open up the deovr app, it seems the app closes/device displays as red and not connected in the deovr app/slr. Maybe I’m doing something stupid in this case but I’m not sure how to keep the haptics connect app open on my oculus
Any guidance is appreciated. Feel free to tel me I’m doing something stupid but I’ve tried going through the general forum for the ‘how to troubleshoot’ multiple times with no avail and I’ve yet to be able to take advantage of the interactive scripts I paid for.
