Sperson they don’t really have a right to or not to be rude. I agree that discourse is best. That said, Business owners should know how to communicate (or simply ignore) rude commentary. It’s really not that hard to politely reply to critique.
That’s what I’m talking about, not the product or anything, he’s just a bad look. The solution is to be kind and stop trolling his own customers lol. That’s not a crazy idea, it’s common business acumen.
I’m a business owner as well, seeing how he and others interact with paying customers aka the most important people to a business is unacceptable. I wouldn’t have it in my company, but I am careful who I hire for PR. If you honestly don’t see issues with his communication style, I guess we can just agree to disagree.
I don’t really care anymore tbh, his response to me mentioning professionalism was to fuck off, so I think it’s a lost cause and I’m just going to use this site for its intended purpose lol.
