For those looking: in DeoVR call the playback panel and to the right of it there's an icon with the play symbol and a cog set in, click this and then in the 'Quick Settings' you can select the resolution and to the right is a drop down for the codec, select H265 and all will be well in the world.
My two penneth worth: Better than OQ, the field of view is much better, it's far more comfortable to wear, the OQ really sits hard on your hooter after a while. I've also had no problem with light leakage. Video looks excellent, I think you can dial it in more than the OQ.
