What they really need to do is allow you to select a specific color you want to remove from the image, that would help a LOT. And then you could literally get passthrough to work really well on any video where the model is wearing different colors than the background. Right now the Hue doesn't do anything, saturation just makes the image look red. It's clearly the future and it's going to be fantastic but we're probably at least 2 years from it being really good.

It does, sometimes you don't need to choose a color, just start of with turning saturation on and adjust color range to about -10 and scoot it to the left till u get a passthrough. If that don't work then try the matching the color of the background.
I suggested more Hue options to take out more colors when needed.

How do you "match" the color? It just shows Black in that box for me, and when I click it nothing happens, I can't select any colors, all I can do is move Saturation, Hue and Color range and Color Range is literally the only parameter that does anything. I don't notice any difference at all changing the other parameters.

Hurto11 try moving the brightness first then saturation and then use the hue to find the color u want.
If u move the hue first, that Lil square stays black, move the brightness first.
I normally just start with saturation on
(dont matter what number, you're basically just turning it on) then move the color range to -10 and move it to the left, that usually gets into a good passthrough fast, but if that don't work due to tomuch colors and objects
then u might have to match up colors which I hardly ever do.

Man, it really is unfortunate how bad the Index's passthrough cameras are - anyone got any tips? Mainly regarding the super low brightness of them, the resolution is what it is.

Notice very Lil adjustments with the options
Very close as if it was green screened background.
Best part was the cg.
The pt works on pictures too, badoink be having pictures of the models with plain white bg, I tried to see if it works, it did, i click on the pic, then click on the pic again and pt settings poped up, was pertty cool look like I had a life size pic of lexi Luna in my bedroom...
But then I tried to do it again on others pics and the pt settings would come on, i even tried the pic that worked. Nothing

But, due to I guess the mood light, I'm guessing that's why pt was difficult to find, if that wall behind them when they walk in was a plain white wall the pt would of been better, I mean if the whole room walls were plain with no pics that be perfect, but the wall in front of me would have been just as fine cause I'm mainly looking forward at them.
Anyway, that's my Lil detailed review on sum pt.
There’s got to be a better way to isolate the model and delete the background. Hope they figure it out. If you have to specifically film stuff for PT it will really limit the possibilities. Hopefully they can figure out some kind of AI algorithms that can make any VR video work in PT. Just need to get it to detect the main background colors to remove against the model.

Was running threw sum of their videos and the passthrough worked pretty good with quite a few of the videos

With the passthrough it's so much better, imo
Even if the bg is grey, I'm not staring at my walls, I'm looking at the females, my background just happens to be there.
I can imagine with the color pt, say u had a mood light in your environment and you had an option to filter the models body to match your environment color so she won't look out of place looking to ar-ish.
Kinda like photoshop, when you filter tint the pic so everything looks like it's all one photo.
I forgot what they call that, but I use to mess with photoshop.
Anyway, sum users probably like ffs this guy with the passthrough again

It's def possible. the website "unscreen" can do this (although the quality is hit or miss with VR scenes) and it is expensive ( they bill per second) but shows promise for what the future could hold. I have a few videos I have converted clips from to green screen but it was expensive. I have a few examples (agatha vega VR scene and a Wettmelons onlyfans 2D scene) I have uploaded them both to spankbang.com search greenscreen there

Got lit today and I turnt my lights off and just left my pc monitor on and man that pt was looking hella trippy, felt like I was sucked into a television portal or something, lol, kinda remind of noirvr.

Capcut app on the phone. Literally took like a 2 minutes to edit that, but removing background takes time 
Yall see that bed, I kinda like keeping it in, it be looking like I'm on a different bed in my room, plus with q2 my bed grey so leaving a bed in kinda helps that.
