RoccoVR It's more complicated than simply "getting a new leader". There are big entities within the industry that want to ensure some amount of regulation stays in place.
My slightly tin foil hypothesis though is that we currently have more uncensored Japan-shot content produced than ever before (most not at a professional level, mind you) and foreign sites like SLR and others increasingly are becoming players within Japan that eventually mosaic standards will be lessened. Perhaps--PERHAPS--down the line I can imagine it getting to a point where just how you only need pixels when an object (toy, finger, dick, etc.) touches the anus, you may only need pixels over genitals if they are in contact with other genitals and/or showing obvious signs of arousal.
I noticed that a BIG part of my favorite & saved to watch later Jav scenes have been removed recently, these are being re edited too, or is there any other reason why they are no longer on the plataform?
And not only with some old videos, but even recent videos from just 2 or 3 months ago have been removed...
If you purchase a video and/or script then the video is removed from streaming you still have access to it? Or is that no longer correct?
So what happens if a purchased video is removed and then re edited and re added to the site? Do you own and have access to the original edit? Or the new edit? or both versions?

The issue is an easy one to figure out. A lot of jav content is out of bounds for US banking. That's why SLR goes to some lengths to rename certain videos in a way palatable to them. If the banks understood the dialogue there would be a lot more videos missing. They often change the names to videos for that reason alone and I applaud them for it. Jav content creators don't make a ton of videos about your legal aged girlfriend or wife giving you a handjob under a table.
