I'm not sure what is considered "niche", but things I'd like to see more of that may possibly be considered niche:

1) Lactation--two or three women especially--squirting on each other and the stunt cock.
2) Slippery oil scenes--the more oil the better. There used to be a flat video series called "Oil Overload" if I remember correctly. My wife and I used to watch those a lot.
3) JAV "soapland" style videos. Yes, we have a lot of those--and I think it would be great to make them outside of Japan, though, so they could be uncensored. Even with women who are not Asian.
4) Not my thing, but I know some people like "giantess" videos, where the woman is 10 times bigger than the dude. I don't know how you would pull this off.

6) Guided sexual meditation/self improvement/subluminal/positive affirmations--I've never seen a video like this, but there are hundreds of audio files floating around the internet. Essentially, the scene features sex, but there is a sound track that introduces positive thoughts, affirmations, and instructions for mindfullness also playing. I've made some of these myself, but my efforts are far from professional.
