I think sometimes not knowing what they are talking about helps with the immersion. If in English they keep saying that they are my stepsister then it is hard for me to get into the story because I have never had a stepsister. But if I don't understand that that's what she is saying then I can make up my own words. I also think all studios would benefit from keeping the stories more vague. Instead of saying "hey, come here pizza man" say "hey, come here sexy man" That way if I want to be a delivery guy then I can still imagine it but also anything else.
