Though not as technically specific as @g2kbuffetboy it reemphasizes one or two key points that I think is really important to capturing the essence of harem vs. orgy.

Have the girls taunt and tease us with their bodies commenting how lucky we are and about how many hot babes are all around us, and they should absolutely be as into each other as can possibly be shown, throughout the entirety of the scene. Great JAV harems can go as long as four hours. That would be awesome here!!
Finally the only moaning that should happen are from girls actually feeling pleasure where the moans are real. There is nothing more silly than a group of women all loudly fake moaning at the same time when only one or two are actually being pleasured. The only other sounds that won’t become a distraction are quiet sensual giggles or mm-hmms. 14 girls all yelling about our “fucking cock” just turns into a cacophonous headache. Respectfully suggest dirty talk come primarily from girl getting fucked along with some sensual whispering here and there in our ears as part of the smothering of hotness.
