Well, firstly, let me just say these suggestions are my own personal desires and kinks, but also they are well-rooted in a VAST MOUNTAIN OF HAREM KNOWLEDGE (lollll) based on my many VR harem and multigirl experiences since the dawn of VR porn! Very excited to see your take on the harem series, and all of these suggestions are mainly just some things to keep in mind when filming, but nothing to inhibit your own artistic expression.
(Also, I know trying to direct a scene with 15+ women on one set is 100000x easier said than done, so I suggest these things respectfully and humbly)
Try to temper the dirty talk and screaming. It's a huge turn-off (for me) when the women in a harem scene get too rowdy, hyper, and "party girl". Try to keep them as focused and genuine. Use ASMR to your advantage here. Definitely have women on either side of the guy's face to whisper or lightly moan into his ears. Of course, the other women can make sounds too, but just don't go overboard with it.
Make every position and formation intentional. Instead of having them left to their own devices, you should try to have them focus on a task. That way, it gives them purpose to be there, and not just a random woman in the background. For example:
+2 doing ASMR near the ears, can even put them slightly behind the camera, and have their arms wrap around from behind.
+2 close up, sandwiching the viewer on each side of his torso, kissing his cheeks, neck
+2 leaning forward, licking his nipples
+1 in the center, getting fucked/riding
+2 on either side of the 1 in the center, holding her up, sucking her tits, licking her armpits, kissing her
+2 pairs on each side (45 degrees from center), crowding around the action, kissing each other, but also maintaining eye-contact with the viewer too
+women everywhere, spreading their asses towards the camera, squeezing their tits together towards the camera

Use a single chair without armrests for seated POV. Don't use a long couch. With a couch, the women will often stand on either end of the couch, creating a whole lot of empty space between them, the stunt cock, and the camera. It also creates a huge obstruction and makes it very difficult for more than 2 women to get close to the guy. If you use a single chair (without armrests, this part is key), then the women can much more easily swarm around him, and get closer to the camera too.
Have a good and interesting build.
