These issues have nothing to do with the compliance. I don't know what the EXACT issue is. I do know SLR's subscription system is more complex than what the payment provider's system usually have to deal with.
It also doesn't mean it is on Epoch's end every time there's an issue. - Sometimes it's neither our or Epoch's fault. Like that time PaySafeCard payments were getting lost. Sometimes there are a whole train of intermediaries between the customer and SLR. But this is different from location to location, country to country.
It's a pretty complex system actually. We also have many many more payments going through Epoch than any other one, so it might seem there are more issues while it's actually because of the amount of transactions is so much higher.
