    I don't mind posting you have this issue here, but please make sure you contacted us through support. Support tickets take precedent over forum post. Meaning, I check those first and more often.

      Rakly3 How long is the usual support response time? My sub has been gone for at least 2 days and I logged a ticket immediately.

          hooblyshoobly I usually do them within 12h.
          If it's longer than that it's because I was unavailable to go through them all that day. Now that I have a better understanding of what's going on I will give instructions to @justsomedude101 how to recognize these so he can process them as well.

          I have also reactivated your account earlier. I'm through all of them yet.
          Each time I run out of new cases, I post here that all up to that point have been fixed.

            We hope this will lower the wait time between requesting help and having your account fixed!
