Internet isn't stable as well. russians are hitting critical civilian infrastructure specifically. Our Ukrainian staff is barely working. We plan to keep their salaries for the time of war without change and would be happy to get them back

You do not want to fuel war economy and yet are paying taxes (well at least I assume you pay them) to the USA, the country that spent more money then any other on this planet for unnecessary wars, either started by themself or sponsoring dictators all over the world as long as they "behave".

If you do not want to fuel war economies move your business to a country that does not engage in wars, like Switzerland or Sweden. Everything else is just hypocrite.

In SLR there are a good number of the team who are Ukranian and are impacted by the ongoing events in a very real and very direct way. Hence the personal stake many of us and SLR as a whole feel when it comes to not allowing any funding to funnel through Russia, some part of which would go towards the very bombs and bullets being used to kill friends and family.
