Personally, I think either coach or fan. But if I'm the coach, please don't refer to me constantly as "coach". I feel like dirty talk such as "Coach, I want you so bad" or "Coach, you're so sexy, coach." etc etc is immersion breaking and a bit silly. Just my 2 cents. =)

As for coach vs fan... no real preference, but I think the women should all be aggressive and assertive. For me personally, I wouldn't want them to be timid or shy team players that are intimidating by their coach. For me, confidence is sexy so the more confident and forward they are, the better.
