It's probably not possible to emulate that exactly with VR, with them needing to be at least a certain distance away, and it being 180° of course, but something similar, with the viewers POV surrounded by T&A would be amazing.
Another suggestion that may not be for everyone: When a scene comes out, I often look through the screenshots to see if there are a couple of minutes of foot stuff. If there are, I'll almost always buy it. Something like these 
Of course the foot stuff is more niche, but we've never really had anything like it in VR involving a large number of girls, so it would be a great unique experience for those of us who are into it, even if it's just a minute or two. Though I definitely understand it might not be everyone's cup of tea.

Personally, I think either coach or fan. But if I'm the coach, please don't refer to me constantly as "coach". I feel like dirty talk such as "Coach, I want you so bad" or "Coach, you're so sexy, coach." etc etc is immersion breaking and a bit silly. Just my 2 cents. =)
As for coach vs fan... no real preference, but I think the women should all be aggressive and assertive. For me personally, I wouldn't want them to be timid or shy team players that are intimidating by their coach. For me, confidence is sexy so the more confident and forward they are, the better. I want all of them working as A TEAM to rock my world and satisfy me. It's all about me, gawdammit!! =P
