Some nice suggestions above and that's a great cast you've put together! I'd be interested in something like this being included in the scene.

It's probably not possible to emulate that exactly with VR, with them needing to be at least a certain distance away, and it being 180° of course, but something similar, with the viewers POV surrounded by T&A would be amazing.
Another suggestion that may not be for everyone: When a scene comes out, I often look through the screenshots to see if there are a couple of minutes of foot stuff. If there are, I'll almost always buy it. Something like these 
Of course the foot stuff is more niche, but we've never really had anything like it in VR involving a large number of girls, so it would be a great unique experience for those of us who are into it, even if it's just a minute or two. Though I definitely understand it might not be everyone's cup of tea.

Personally, I think either coach or fan. But if I'm the coach, please don't refer to me constantly as "coach". I feel like dirty talk such as "Coach, I want you so bad" or "Coach, you're so sexy, coach." etc etc is immersion breaking and a bit silly. Just my 2 cents. =)
As for coach vs fan... no real preference, but I think the women should all be aggressive and assertive. For me personally, I wouldn't want them to be timid or shy team players that are intimidating by their coach. For me, confidence is sexy so the more confident and forward they are, the better. I want all of them working as A TEAM to rock my world and satisfy me. It's all about me, gawdammit!! =P

(Here are my last minute suggestions; some inspiration gifs and a few extra notes to help you guys more!)
- Please don't let them take off their clothes for as long as possible. Or at least not their Jersey. Otherwise, we won't get the full effect of the Volleyball Theme.
- Make them sweat as much as possible! (Maybe use some water or oil to make things wet and glistening before the shoot begins. If possible, preferably real sweat!)
- With 15+ girls, variety is important; so instead of doing the same position 15 times in a row, I think it's much better to mix things up.
- Sniffing action / Arms-up and pheromones! Similar to what Xxlayna Marie did in Raw Taboo, Best Sis Ever (it doesn't have to be the same position, just include some!)
- Maybe even smell each of their pussies, or sniff our cock during a blowjob scene.

Suggestions if it's not too late
Maybe some dialog like a little story to go with the scene and some booty spreading, streaching splits jumping jacks, fingers everywhere all in nude for those things if you do any of them, even if you don't do these I'm pretty sure I'm going to like this scene a lot.
And I agree that a shower room and locker room would be great as mentioned by a few people above, a hardwood gym room would be cool too but probably not very likely to find a room like that. Maybe if you did have a gym you could have them be in trouble for being late or something and have to practice while topless or nude and they could complain a little first then take some or all clothes off for a bit and knock around a volleyball at the start.
But if you could only choose one room I think I'd choose the locker room but 3 different rooms would be cool. A sandy beach is another option that would be great too.
And I'd prefer either a coach or a cop and it would be great if there was some kind of a reason that they all had to get with him or they would be in trouble like a taboo type of theme where they are a bit reluctant at first. But not required just an option that I'd like to see.
Another cool thing you could try is a time stop taboo style where you just press a button on your watch and time stops. You could have the team huddle up then press the watch they all freeze he undresses them and unfreezes time for their shocked reactions. Just something that might be fun. But yeah not required of course do whatever you want to do.

Pretty sure these time stop vids don’t pass the compliance guidelines SLR has been working double time to honor. This theme very much breaches mutual consent. It’s also very, very niche and breaks immersion for a lot of viewers because it requires the ladies to stay as still as they can but it’s always painfully obvious that they aren’t really frozen, and so we just find ourselves noticing all the blinking and awkward involuntary movement. Finally, and for that last reason, it’s a real pain in the ass for the performers themselves. You need expensive CGI to truly pull off this type of theme… but once again, mutual consent. Gotta have it.
My complements to the pic though. Having fun imagining 15 naked beauties around that volleyball net, watching those lovely bouncing boobs
