Any update on this issue at all? It still occurs.

Been a month since I reported issue, is there any update, plan for update?

    microtel Can you test with the DeoVR (Cardboard) app from the Android app store? Just in case you installed the wrong SLR APK?

        I'll give it a whirl, but I am using a Valve Index, PC and the SLR App on the phone with launch. Crashes on Pixel 6 (Android 12) not on older Pixel phone.

            What are we talking about? I know it can be confusing.

            SLR app = video player
            SLR Interactive app = toy syncing

                SLR Interactive App, with launch - when you click scan in the app, to connect to the launch, it crashes the app and never connects.

                This has occurred with the Pixel 6 and Android 12.

                The app did not crash on the older phone (Pixel 5) or any other phone and it works with the launch still on an older Pixel 3 I had laying around. As far as the current phone, the app crashes, every single time when I hit "scan" - the launch goes blue for a second as if it connects, then the app crashes and then it blinks looking for a connection again.

                    microtel Which Interactive app version, do you know? We are on v3 now.
                    Also do not have your Launch paired with your phone.

                        The most current version 3.0 from the app store. It's pretty much a nightmare with this app right now.
                        The Launch did connect to the phone via bluetooth and I deleted it, it did connect to Feel Connect after doing this, but still refuses to connect to the SLR App, whenever the SLR App is scanning, it just crashes.

                            And are you using v10.x of the video player app?

                              10.3 on the PC, but again, it never connects to the phone app.

                              I finally got a prompt to send crash data along when I just tested it again, so if there is any way for them to look and see it (within the last 30 minutes of right now), maybe that will tell the why.

                              I do not crash on an older version of Android.
