      midorijin Hah! I get your concern, but it's an isolated system. The motor moves a diaphragm in and out, there's no pump, and the change in pressure inflates and deflates the tan colored rubber inside the tube. If there were a leak in the system, it would just deflate and not work anymore.

              midorijin Oh right, something about a penis pump mode.. never tried that setup. Even with that, there's only so much pressure that can be built up with the diaphragm. It looks kind of like a plunger with the handle attached to a wheel on the motor, so when the motor spins, it plunges. So that moves air back and forth in the system, then there's a valve box with a button to let excess air out of the system, and a button to let air back into the system. So you can get a light vacuum by letting excess air out, while it's plunging away, but it's not going to be a dick bursting vacuum. Hopefully that makes sense. I think it's a pretty clever design, but I'm a nerd, like that.
