Update for the $100 payments.

Most of them have now been partially refunded but the premium access was terminated while doing so. We'll add the missing days back to these accounts shortly.

$100 payments that were fully refunded will not get Premium access re-added.

UPDATE for double charge video and script purchases.
Should get fixed for all affected users tomorrow!

Everything should be refunded for every one. The refunds of the double charge has removed the purchased items from the accounts.

Example:
You bought a video for $4.99 on July 30.
You were charged 2x $4.99
We refunded 1x $4.99
then in all likelihood the video will again be missing from your account.


Since this didn't happen to other payments (subs/tokens/...) I was pretty sure this would also have worked fine for videos and script purchases. I was wrong.

We'll see if there is something we can do to fix this in an efficient way, but for now, please check your account if your purchases are missing or not. Feel free to contact us again through support. Thanks!

Not sure if this is the place but been trying to get an account with a script bundle. Tried everything to give you money througg Epoch different credit cards, paypal account. It keeps declining my payments. And my bank says it's not them. Would be great if this got fixed.

    I made a first transaction but no trace.
    And the second doesn't work.

      Is there still an issue with epoch ? I tried to get premium ( 30 day one time payment). After filling in my datas at epoch there was an error message from epoch and I don´t know if the payment is done or not. And I can´t download the vids.....

        Nightprowler696 Did you get an email from Epoch with a purchase confirmation?
        It has a Member ID and Transaction ID (Don't post them here)

        If so, please contact us on support@sexlikerea.com and include those two ID's.
        If you didn't then the payment most likely didn't go through. You can still contact us to double check.

        I bought premium with Paysafecard but didn't receive it, why?
