UPDATE for double charge video and script purchases.
Should get fixed for all affected users tomorrow!
Everything should be refunded for every one. The refunds of the double charge has removed the purchased items from the accounts.
Example:
You bought a video for $4.99 on July 30.
You were charged 2x $4.99
We refunded 1x $4.99
then in all likelihood the video will again be missing from your account.
Since this didn't happen to other payments (subs/tokens/...) I was pretty sure this would also have worked fine for videos and script purchases. I was wrong.
We'll see if there is something we can do to fix this in an efficient way, but for now, please check your account if your purchases are missing or not. Feel free to contact us again through support. Thanks!
