Brand new DeoVR Hyper App for Meta Quest and Apple Vision Pro

Moodi187

If I’m watching a video from my ‘liked’ playlist and I hit the back button, there is a bug where it takes me all the way back to the ‘my playlists’ page, but it’s still under the ‘liked’ playlist tab. Then i have exit back out chose ‘liked’ and navigate through the pages to where I was. This happens every time I exit a video and it really made the app unusable. Just thought I’d let u guys know. Thanks for all you do we appreciate y’all

Kieshi Hello, on AVP streaming seems now more reliable but there is still an annoying issue: after closing the video playback panel it tends to reappear almost without any movement so that one should continuously keeping closing it. Fix that please. Thanks.

kim34d Yeah. I stopped using because of those missing features. will try again when they add them.

Cant wait for 120hz setting in the new app, thats all that's stopping me from switching over. At the moment its not as smooth as the original app due to better frame pacing in the original, as most videos are 60fps and divide nicely at 120. This being missing makes Hyper seem more jumpy and stuttery in general. Thanks

Kieshi

T70 you are referring to player UI appearing without you pinching your fingers, is this correct?

What's the idea behind having two apps? Wouldn't it be better to just have one and keep improving that or is there stuff that can be implemented in one but not the other for some reason?

T70

Kieshi Hi, yes correct: exactly that. Thank you

I'm flying to South Korea in June and consider purchasing the Galaxy XR while I'm there (currently not being sold in my country).

But since it's mostly for usage for SLR, I wanna make sure that there's a version of DeoVR available beforehand. Are there more concrete plans or timelines to port the DeoVR or Hyper App to the Galaxy XR anytime soon?

Fapmaster17 Unfortunately, at the moment, we can’t provide a concrete ETA. For now, you can access SLR in the broswer
