Kieshi BLE toys support? Delay Seems like a deliberate effort to try users to move to your toys

Kieshi I checked out the latest Hyper version a bit. Two things I noticed:

It seems the default AI PT mode is "girl + man" for every scene, and if that isn't what you want, you have to change this setting for every single scene and this is pretty annoying. I think classic DeoVR remembered the most recent AI PT setting for future scenes until changed, and this is how it should be.
Second point I think I have read from others in the forum a few versions ago. After I have re-positioned a video with the controller, upon releasing the triggers the video jumps a bit to the left side, so re-positioning is needed again. So you have to re-position the video a bit to the right of the target position and then hope it will jump into the right place. This is also annoying and I've never seen this behavior in classic DeoVR.

Maybe y dont find the color, contrast, hue, etc... controls, but in my experience that is a must. Helps a lot to mach the lighting of yout room and improve the inmesion a lot. Consider to add that or put in a easier place to change. And just one idea, i thing a profile of personal color schemes will be a nice add too. (I have to reconfigure every time for day/night etc)

Kieshi

SchnuppiLilac thank you for the comment! I will make a note for the team

Kieshi

Leteo they are being worked on, will do our best to release them before end of May

When will Bluetooth haptics be a part of the VisionPro app? I’m not ready to switch to a WiFi toy yet and would like to use my scripts with my premium device.

I tested it on Vision Pro. I don't know if it's just here, but I noticed something that happens only in passthrough mode: the video is kind of choppy, the frame rates seem low. Then, when I click and the menu (timeline) is over the video, it seems like the video in the background becomes much smoother and more fluid. Then I click back on the video outside the timeline, and it goes back to having a low frame rate.. , And the timeline keeps appearing over the video, flashing even without clicking; it's kind of buggy. I'm also eager to see the color, contrast, and brightness settings, and the complete screen adjustment.

kim34d Could you please share your visionOS version and a link to the video where this happens?

Oops posted by accident but might as well say what's on my mind.

@Kieshi I've not doubt you are competent in your job after several conversations with yourself where you helped resolve issues together.

... However i've recently been forced onto the new website which i knew had issues, but one of the obvious ones to me is the fact that JAV studios that previously on the old website were available to purchase are no longer available due to the website flawed design.

LET ME EXPLAIN - JAV studios in general are not available to download due to their odd culture and backward, weird perception of internet useage or piracy.

However, On the 'OLD WEBSITE' many JAV studios made all of their scenes available to purchse but not download.

Please can you confirm that all JAV studios including TMAVR and others have now changed their policy due to the new website design which makes them no longer available to purchase ?

...or is this a flaw in the website structure ?

I apologise for having to speak like a school teacher, but i find it bizarre that this hasn't been noticed internally or user based.

BTW i'm asking @Kieshi and don't want other interuptions, thank you

I'm a little confused with the direction of everything lately. I know you don't owe us anything or have to share any of the plans but it would be nice see a road map of what to expect or what the main goals are here.

Is the main focus on the hyper app, the old deovr app, or the new website? Seems like a lot of effort is still being put into the old deovr app with all the updates that still get pushed to it. Why not sunset the old app and put more effort into the new hyper app?

Is the hyper app collapsing? Seems like this new update just gave up on the new UI and just opted to dump a webview in rather that make nicer UI. Will this be the direction of hyper moving forward?

Will there be more support for other websites in the future in webview? In the old deo app browser you can go to other sites and press the download link on videos and have them play in full VR or use it for 2d videos in the same way playing them from slr works. Not the case with Hyper. Would love to be able to use Hyper for sites other than SLR.

Again, don't need to know everything but it would be nice to know the direction of things or any new features on the horizon to look forward to.

doublevr

db456 webview is much more efficient way to navigate content. Potentially it should work with any website out there.

Things are nicely moving forward. Can't wait to see multi-user Build Your Own Journey announced by Hyper team.

Good to hear things are moving along nicely.

The Hyper app does work with other websites but there are two problems.
1st problem is you cannot get past cloudflair verification. An example is to go to naughtamericas log in page and when you try to sign in you will get a check box to verify. That verification will never work which will block you from accessing their site and any other site that uses that verification.

2nd problem is playing content from other sites. In the old deovr app you can go to other sites such as eporner.com and watch videos from there. You can watch the video directly in the browser window but If you click the download button the full VR player will open giving you access to use all the hot keys on the controller, the ability to move and resize the screen, and many other options that are availibe in the VR player. In the hyper app you can still play the videos in the browser view but when clicking the download button it no longer opens in the VR player and instead just does not do anything. It's a far worse experiance when compared to the old deovr app.
